not sure on caucase, this taan was last unit not delete on Persian mission  (tacan on Khasab). i will try tomorrow for caucase

If you can provide me with a track showing the portable TACAN bug, I'll add it in the internal report.

I was able to replicate this issue without any ships or TACANs present. All land/sea-based friendly units appear to cause disappearance from FOW so long as they are within detection range of the enemy. I can place a group of enemies down with a drone overhead. It will see everything. As soon as I command a friendly HUMV or APC to drive up, poof. LOS doesn't appear to matter. I can even get the enemies to disappear from the map by running an infantry up, so long as it can survive from building cover and get close enough.

Hi,

I don't know if this is due to my environment, but in single player the F10 map when set to Fog of war does not correctly show enemy aircraft detected by EWR. I have not tried it in multiplayer.

When I query the picture from EWR with an aircraft, EWR seems to be able to detect enemy aircraft reliably, but even in that state, they do not show up in F10.

I have attached the mission and track files used for verification here for your review.

I hope this bug is in ASAP list as we are not able to do a good detection. 
 

When I just catch this bug I was thinking it’s a new feature linked with the new integrated radio. As we can detect the enemy radio communications and the emitters will pop up on map such make sense in a realistic scenery. Maybe is not 100% implemented…?

Adding up to this issue, what i have witnessed in Foothold Caucasus Extended:
- Tanks and ground units do not seem to share vision with players at all.
- AWACS sees enemy planes "sometimes", they flicker in and out, regardless of distance
- AWACS shows enemy Ships positions most of the time, but barely translates any enemy SAM radar positions.
- Enemy planes, seen by friendly fighters are not shown at all.
- Aerial JTAC works for about 10 seconds, showing all detected enemy positions, after that they disappear for good.
- Ground JTAC seems to perform better, but enemies still flicker out sometimes.
