I live in Denmark, but I would like to buy it. I asked a print shop today about their price for printing the manual: 130$ :(

Great!

Is the decision regarding english/russian button name made? Personnally I prefer english, cause most people in North America use english copit(I think). It's not easy for me to look a button if it's written in Russian in the manual and english in the copit.

Sweet. Good price. Too bad about the Russian labels in a North American version but I understand the logistics of doing it otherwise. Can't wait to buy that bad boy!

Thats to bad,,, I can live with the black and white photos, but not with the Russian labels. Bummer in deed! It is what it is,,,, I was looking forward to the purchase, but that is the only thing that will keep me from buying it now,,, oh well,,,,,

Russian Lables

Per ED:

We will also be be using the Russian cockpit labels for the cockpit images (same as PDF version).

I just have to say that I am extremely disappointed and cannot believe that the labels will still be in Russian. I would have paid the extra $20 for a $50 manual with English lables for an English manual. Nevertheless, the content looks very good and comprehesive, so I am excited about that. I just wish so much we could get an English manual with English lables.

I am thrilled it is going to be with Russian labels! I will definitely be buying it...

I will probably buy it as the price in the U.S. is quite reasonable and the content seems to be comprehensive.

I'd like to add that I am also disappointed with the Russian labeled pictures. It would be nice if we had access to some picture resources showing the English labeled panels other than trying to do screen captures and editing the picture to get the content desired (easy to do for some panels and hard for others). Do picture files exist for the English cockpit (I assume something was used to build the cockpit display files)? Any chance of getting access if they exist?

I have a question concerning this manual's content concerning patch changes. Has it been updated to include any significant changes scheduled to be implemented in the patch? I'd hope that the manual would not be out dated as soon as the patch is released (or perhaps there are plans to release manual page changes with patches? maybe in .pdf format?). I am assuming that some of the changes anticipated (e.g., control trimming, ...) would require manual updates.

All in all, good news on the printed manual! Congrats to ED for adding to an already great simulation
