not planned F18 undisplay / hide canopy Arc

Hi there,

is there a way to undisplay / hide the arc when inside the f18 cockpit? I love the F16's bubble canopy and wonder if there is a way to just hide the arc, even if you lose its functionality.

You'd lose a lot more than functionality as it is a major structural piece!

Yeah not quite a fan of canopy supports that are too in your view like in the F14 and F1. It's not so bad in the F18 where it's more of an arch only.

They really just need to fix the Alt+F1 HUD only view, which displays the 3 MFDs across the screen, larger than life... making "HUD only" a bit of a misnomer.

Yes it's really bad in the F14, the reason I stay clear from it at the moment.

You can edit their size and location in the monitor configuration lua.
