While in the Real World, when a conversation turns to helicopters you immediately sieze the podium and begin informing everyone of the dangers of mast bumping, VRS, and dont forget the autorotation..............while eyes glance from side to side... but you dont let up and start lecturing on ground attack tactics, entering a quick hover and how to use the trim button, then taking a detour and marveling the crowd with the benefits of Kamov's contra-rotating blades. (and the danger of a rotor strike!) The lecture comes to a halt when one in the crowd asks "how do you know so much about Russian attack helicopters, anyway?"

You respond, "oh I'm just a beginner..."

You know you've been playing DCS:BS too much when your flight instructor accuses you of heresy.

That's something I got from my (PPL) instructor the other week, anyway. :P

Maybe we can tune the LWR to pick up the "death ray" emissions that come from a glaring wife attack?

You ask your flight instructor where you plug in the 360 controller for the easy flight mode :joystick:

You look around the car frantically and your friend asks you what your doing and you respond "I disabled the mirrors to save on the FPS" hahah

You know that one day, when you least expected, you'll answer a knock on the door only to find two military personnels staring down at you, and behind them, a Humvee in your lawn. Then one of the men asks with all seriousness "Sir, do you know how to fly the KA-50!"

This is when your jaw dropped as well as the bottle of vaseline in your hand. Then you realized you didn't buy BS cuz it has Starforce...

"Nooooooo -- !"

While driving you are constantly scanning the treelines for that telltale puff of smoke that signals a manpad launch.....and even though the launch never comes, you dare not stop because you know those bas**rds are just waiting for you to let your guard down.

Your co-workers in your US Department of Defense job are starting to get suspicious, because you just "know too damn much about Russian Attack Helicopters".
