How bout an official statement on Saitek controllers, Triple monitors, and TrackIR, how come You won't answer Your tech support email? did You even notice the 7000+ views of the X52pro question, its been weeks now and I cant even use Black shark in fact I have no more hair to pull JEEZ!!!

Ive got a TrackIR-5 on the way, there are problems with it in DCS?

 

I have a Saitek, and as spyda mentioned the known issues are dealt with in the sticky.

Ranting and raving with get you no where here and you will find that out very fast. 8/10 it is the members that help people out here, most times ED will over see and if anything is wrong will correct it.

I would sujest posting in teck suport forum. You are more likly to get a anser their in a timely manner.

He has tried for two weeks with no response to his email. He's had 6 or 7 responses here the last 24 hours, albeit not helpful but responsive!!

 

Is this an example of the squeaky wheel getting the grease? Not quite yet. :megalol:

Cayenne, since you are not able to receive a reply from ED, please make a post about it in the Forum and Site issues section:

Please describe the specific problems you are experiencing.

 

P.S. Have you checked the spam folder in your email? I've seen cases where ED's replies went to spam and the user simply missed them.

You appear to be a borderline trouble maker. We've asked you several times to state your problem and you choose not to. How are we supposed to help you find a resolution to your problem when you are not meeting us halfway.

Just chillout guys, he's obviously wound up over this, he has probably read the replies and knows that in order to get help he has to state his problem to us. There's no use in squawking the same advice at him over and over. If he doesn't want to tell us his problem then he won't get his help.
