+1, I've not bought the new FC2024, I got the previous FC3.

Edit: Oh, after the first game launch I got an upate available for FC3, but still authorization failed after updating. It keeps showing as update available, allthough I've updated it twice 🙂

Edit2: I do have access to the Su33 jejeje don't know why

If you check the modules folder you can see the aircrafts are no longer in the FC3 folder, but each aircraft is like separate module. I think there is some activation issue which excepts that you have installed FC3 and not each module separately.

If you buy, FC4, it comes with the 3 additional aircraft. If you buy those aircraft individually, you have NOT purchased, FC4. Is that, perhaps part of the issue?

I’m still days away from having this update installed. So I’m just basing my question on what’s actually for sale.

I don't have this issue. Can you see the modules folders of those?

Had this issue.  Looked at dcs.log where it said auth data was expired.

Checked my pc's date and time which were wrong.  Synced that up - fixed it.

My date and time is correct. Still have this issue.

Same here. Did full removal of the modules and reinstalled via ingame module manager (not the launcher) and still same Auth errors. Fellow squad member got around this by purchasing FC2024. So, in a nutshell, if you need FC3 planes immediately you are forced to get FC2024 until ED fixes the issue.
