regiregi22 Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 (edited) Maybe this has already been asked dozens of times, but I am not able to find any thread related to it. DCS is downloading near 100Gb of aircraft that I do not own, which is wasting up a huge space on my hard disk. How can I avoid it to download all those aircraft under the folder "CoreMods"? Edited September 12, 2024 by regiregi22 Hey there! I am using WhatsApp.
MAXsenna Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 It's for AI, so probably want them. The textures can be reduced by half though. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

Hi, you can manage your downloaded aircraft in your module manager, use the bin icon to delete aircraft you do not want to use currently. CoreMods however are required so you can see other aircraft in game. thank you Forum rules - DCS Crashing? regiregi22 Posted September 12, 2024 Author Posted September 12, 2024 Thank you everyone for your quick help! I do not think deleting my 15gb of the aircraft that I actually own and use would be of any help, compared to the 100gb that are not directly used by me (having in mind that are actually needed to see other aircraft in the game. 1 Hey there! SP is the same. if you download an SP mission, you need the models. 1 AKA_SilverDevil Join AKA Wardogs Email Address My YouTube “The MIGS came up, the MIGS were aggressive, we tangled, they lost.” - Robin Olds - An American fighter pilot. You have installed 360 GB worth of maps, if you are short on space you can always uninstall the maps you are not currently flying on.
