Noob question about A-10 Ground Crew (Wheel Chocks)

I can't seem to get the ground crew to respond to any requests, specifically the wheel chocks. Selected Intercom, battery is on, engines running. No response, canopy open or closed. This was also on the Afghanistan map, maybe it's a bug, but I have a feeling I'm missing something.

Cockpit canopy should be open. There may also be intercom option.

In RL, at least from watching exercises, A-10 pilots communicate with crew chies via cable, but canopy open. Chocks are pulled , and aircraft rools. Canopy is closed and ejection safety is armed only when aircraft has cleared enclosure roof.

Yeah I've seen that, my problem is regardless with intercom on, canopy open or closed, crew still doesn't respond. Transmitting 251.000 on uhf/vhf if that matters (can't see why it would)

I'll try pulling chocks before engine start with battery, intercom, and canopy open first and see if that works

Can you show the issue in a short track?

On ground, with canopy open, any radio can be used to communicate with ground crew.

Found out you have to desginate the airport as blue on the afghanistan map. Either other maps dont require this or it happens automatically on other maps. Either way, put a blue tarp down, or go into the airport settings in mission editor and designate it blue and cc responds now

Hi Just made a mission in Afghanistan, the airport is designated as blue, but no way to have the wheel choks removed, the ground crew never respond, same for the rearm/refuel... I managed to contact the ground control, for requesting startup, but no sign of life from the ground crew. Tried on every radio, intercom, and with opened canopy too.

I'm having this issue in the A-10CII as well. Have tried everything I know to get them remove the chocks but the ground crew just won't respond. Doesn't work before start with the canopy open... nor does it work with power on. Even tried a full auto-start in case I was missing something but the ground crew will not respond to a request to remove chocks. This is happening on EVERY map... Germany, Afghanistan, Iraq, South Atlantic, Sinai, Syria, Persian Gulf, NTTR, Guam... really blows when you go through a whole startup before a mission and you can't fly the mission because you can't remove the freakin' chocks. Only option is to start a mission hot on the ramp or runway.

PLEASE give us some indication of what the problem might be!!! Either that or give us a keybind to remove the chocks without radio contact with the ground crew.

And just like all the other posters, you give us nothing to work with.

Please provide a short track of the issue.

I fly the A-10C II quite regularly and the ground crew responds 10 times out of 10 for me, so I feel quite confident in saying this is not a global issue.
