reported Can't leave offline mode: error 0

Hi folks! Been away for a short while, this morning I updated DCS to 2.9.14.8222, then clicked "offline mode" as I always do and left home.

12 hours later I realized I might need to reinstall old Black Shark 2, clicked "online mode" and - to my surprise - I can't. Screenshot attached.

Anybody else?

I don't know what error 0 is.

Yes, system time on my PC is synchronized to NTP and correct.

hello. welcome back! i have a couple suggestions. are you using the correct username and password. another idea is to make sure that your AV is not blocking files (long shot but lots of this happening recently). can you share dcs.log found in Saved Games. can you run a repair (or verify game files steam). perhaps share autoupdate_log.txt which is in the install folder.

This is a known issue. Support had me delete "offline.bin" under "Saved Games/DCS". After that, I was then able to go to online mode, but I can no longer go back to offline mode. I was told that a fix was in the works.

I was just about to sit down and prepare the required evidence for Silver and there you have it - offline.bin. Never heard of it before.

Had the same issue, stuck in a limbo offline state error 0.  Funny thing I wasn't in an offline state prior to patching, did the DNS trick and I had access to most 3rd party modules but no multiplayer or DCS modules.  My offline.bin was inside the config folder in saved games, set everything right once deleted and game launcher restarted.

Hello I'm going crazy. I can't find what you're saying. Can you tell me exactly what I should look for. I also uninstalled DCS and reinstalled but I remain offline. I can't even install all the purchased planes. Thanks in advance sorry for the inconvenience
