I will need public unclassified evidence of this, please dm me. thank you Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Based on your original questions, we would not be able to ask a SME for comments on this, based on how it works in the game is how we see it to be working. If you have more documented and valid evidence, please DM it to us and we can take a look. Thanks. 1 Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
Marco Schaap Posted May 26 Posted May 26 (edited) I do wonder what public documents the current implementation of the ECM is based on, it is my opinion that you cannot demand public documented evidence to change something if the current implementations is "based on how it works in the game is how we see it to be working." Dragon1-1 Posted June 1 Posted June 1 The way this issue is described, it sure sounds like a bug. The way I understand it, it appears that using an incorrect switching procedure allows you to essentially keep using mode 3 with the radar still operating.

Using the radar and mode 3 never happens.
skywalker22 Posted June 2 Posted June 2 But I found another bug while playing and looking for discrepancies, which is when in Mode 3 (radar antenna not moving). Then switching to Mode1 and putting mode knob to Semi or Auto: antenna is still not moving! Which is not correct. As soon as I move the mode knob to Semi or Auto, antenna should start moving and scanning. f16_switch from mode3 to mode1.trk

It overrides the XMIT switch.
