When you can legally throw sh** out of the back at high speeds with zero regard for safety, blow everything up in a fifty mile radius from high altitude with your feet up on the console, being able to get up and use the restroom / get coffee at any time, and carry other aircraft around before dropping them at high speeds without any regard for safety. With the Solo Commando you can watch the enemy looking at porn, stream highly offensive material / porn onto their computers, stream terrible music over the radio and generally just troll the enemy from the comfort of a giant flying aircraft. The US has a lot of interest in UAVs and more importantly, training UAV pilots. I believe the US is in the process of extending its F16 block 50 fleets service life. At least they are taking bids to contractors for and extension program. I can see some hope for a DCS 16 because of that. The super hornet is still in production. Eight Ball Posted March 25, 2011 Posted March 25, 2011 I would love to see a F-15E but it doesn't add much more gameplay possibilities over the Warthog. Basically the F15E can only carry bombs. It would be a faster A10 with AA capabablities. Both F16 and F18 met these conditions, but they can use a wider range of weapons thus perform a wider range of mission (SEAD,...).
