I came across a promising flight game that looks like it will be enjoyable when it's done. It's called Radikal Combat. It's still in early development, but it will have crazy mixed up aircraft, like an A-10 combined with an F-16! It's not exactly a flight sim, but I like they're doing. What do you guys think?

They misspelled 'radical', not a good start.

They got almost everything about all of the airplanes wrong. They say the F-16 has next to no a2g capability. huh?

I only respond to that little mechanical voice that says "Terrain! Terrain! Pull Up! Pull Up!"

A F-14 Tomcat and MiG-29 mixed together...a F-16 that looks like a freaking Eurofighter...It's like HAWX except less realistic!

Apart from "customized" aircrafts it does look exactly like the latest ace combat/hawx type air shooter. Not a bad thing for MOST, but might be a bad thing for the community purists.

I'm always interested to see new flight games that come out, it's just unlikely I will purchase something like this. Apache Air assault does have SOME of my attention the way wings of prey did, but Radikal Combat doesn't interest me all that much.

Thanks for posting though, +1 for the "radikal find" :)

Hi I'm one of the developers of Radikal Combat.

I hope not to offend any pilot with our aircraft mixtures, is just crazy and fun, but not make a child's Game is a priority.

Perhaps the most hardcore community is not interested in a project like this (unrealistic), but think it may be the first step to achieve a future hardcore sim (The developers of RDK are very fans of IL2, LOMAC, ARMA, etc).

lol, I think it was meant to be that way.

I don't think he is unaware of that, but us language nazis are easily offended. :P

There's a lot more on their website in the development section.

First video of flight is up! This looks amazing to me, far better than what I would expect from an independent developer.

Also, vote for which Russian aircraft you would like to fly here.

Oh my goodness this looks awful. The graphics look great, but their "mix and match" planes are an absolute abomination and writes off the value of this "sim".

Looks sort of like a mix of Ace Combat 3's aircraft line-up combined with Eurofighter Typhoon. Might be good fun, but the English version of the site does need some polish. I mean it, you know.
Yeah, I think their first language is Spanish. I can't blame them for messing up a little, I'm trying to learn Spanish right now and I'm terrible. My next door neighbor's grandmother speaks only Spanish. One day we we're walking past each other and she asked me something in Spanish and I tried to reply, in Spanish. She started bursting into laughter.
