Static aircraft on the deck are part of the carrier model, not just placed there as static objects, so no they can't be replaced with other models.

tried that but apparently the parked aircraft on the kuz use tom's su-33 model. I get engines and parts floating with just the kuz files installed.

 

It seems that some (main) textures are missing for the Suchoi.

So these textures have to be copied too.

SU-33-Pallmall-L-06.bmp and SU-33-Pallmall-R-06.bmp are the 2 bmp files needed to give the aircraft on the deck textures. You can make them any texture you want, just name them as above.

How did you stop the blast plates on the Kutz from moving, can we do the same for your CVN.

 

For anyone who has not noticed the blast plates go up for a launch on both carriers and stay up, they should drop after launch but don't, makes landing real hard !!! So better they stay down.

 

Tom obviously noticed the bug and found a fix, leave them down.

I`m sure that it is possible to read them out with the "LockOn viewer" but these lovely programm don`t work with win7 and FC2. Is there somebody who can help me?

@ Rikus it is possible. Model was finished and you can use it but it is not multi-player compatible.

 

I have to ask question, it's small bug but little bit annoying.

Is it possible to make pylons on hud be on proper position's? I will do changes but i do not know what to change.

Multiplayer compatible:).

You just need to download and install it all.

What i meant about multi-player not compatibly is if you install this model and try to connect to the server, who do not have mod installed, you will get integrity check fail.

I have put from a mod only the files necessary to me. Also I fly on many servers. Certainly if north aren't too checked on files.

It would be desirable to see certainly given kind of a fighter on many servers.

ask Vince Vega please. I`m not pretty sure but its possible that he created some because he made some very fine skins for the M-Version.

Unfortunately my templates have a size of more than 40MB each, because all my skins are included in only two files.

TOM made his MiG-29M, K and Su-33 models to be used mostly with standard Lockon skins.

In principle the original MiG-29A template therefore can be used for the MiG-29K.

But it has to be adjusted for some error correction.

After having a closer look at the drawings you know which panel lines and antennas have to be adapted in accordance with the respective a/c version.

Just tried this out, my god it's amazing. And you can land on it after ejecting.

 

I like the ground crew though. Makes me feel like a shortass now.

i calculatulated this with photoshop ruler :D

in CASE 1:

The pilot is 160cm than ==> the Crewman is 238cm high.

BUT!!!

in CASE 2:

if the pilot is some kind of mongolian, he can be 140cm high and in that case the crewman is just 212cm high :D:D

so it's not so bad:D

When installing the Jetpack it says check I have the right cockpit for the Mig-29K in custom.lua. I search for this and it is completely empty. Nothing in it. I tried PM'ing Tom a few days ago but I assume he's busy. Other than that it's great fun. Also is the Kh-35 usable as a weapon as I couldn't get it to work.

Is the Mig-29S another name for the Mig-29C. Because there is no C in game but it is on the back of the box and no S on the box and one in game.

 

I presume to name to myself letters on russian.

I do not see in it anything terrible.

Care to tell me how? I'm trying to attack ships but I can't get a lock or fire. What I do is, select A-G mode and KH-35's. Then I turn on the sensor with 'i' and zoom in till I get the crosshairs. I put that over a ship press enter and nothing happens, I try the same thing with the diamond on the hud but that doesn't work either. The box just stays in the centre.
