The Libyan Army purchased 367 FN F2000 from Fabrique Nationale d'Herstal, Belgium in 2008 and took delivery in 2009.

Took my son in for a procedure, there was a rebel being treated for a gun wound in the next bed. They're flying them in and treating them here. Just ordinary folk forced to pick up arms.

I must admit, that their ingenuity impress me.

 

Some of these "poor mans arms" come from Croatian war in 1991. For instance, those handgrenades launched from AK-47 were inovated and first used by croatian soldiers during Vukovar siege in october/november '91. There was an article in croatian newspapers few months ago on how croatian veterans gave blueprints of it to Libyan rebels...

France dropped Milan missiles to rebels . seems the weapons drop was efficient as the rebels moved foward much more quickly later then . seems an attack on Tripoli is now conceivable for the rebels . It has been said the weapons dropping was a violation of the weapons embargo , but France answered it allowed the rebels to prevent an imminent loyalists forces attack

i think the article said it all , Gaddhafi fall is a question of days , in the worst scenario matter of few monthes . he has no supplies and now is pulled in many directions . the ICC procedure is the last door that was a time remained open that now closes

Short version of the video:

Remaining forces near Brega (Tiger and Gazelles in action there, as stated in another video), Misrata-cleared, Southern mountains (berber highlands) mostly cleared some sporadic activities involving artillery pieces near the town of Nalut, the frontline now is between Dafiniyah and Zlitan, again Qadhafi forces have forced (about 300) people to remain in the area to reduce the possibility of air raids.

Also Zawiyah seems to be liberated, even tough it's located west of Tripoli.

 

There must have been some horrible scenes in Misrata and Zawiyah, both are pretty close to Tripolis and both were taken by pro-Regime forces and later were under siege by them.
