Rusty_M Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 I haven't. That's because I keep playing other things. It is not a reflection of the quality of the product. It is in part a reflection of the fact the printed manual isn't out yet. It also reflects the fact that I'm struggling to learn the controls. I'm still trying to work out if and when I can afford to replace my X52 with a HOTAS Warthog. Then I'll get my $60 worth. The world is going mad. Me? I'm doing fine! http://www.twitch.tv/rusty_the_robot https://www.youtube.com/user/RustyRobotGaming
Garfieldo Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Have we gotten our $60 out of this thing yet? :smilewink: -- Joker Damn right we have! It costs 1/10 of a semester at the university and you learn a lot of very interesting stuff. :smartass:

joey45 Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Have we gotten our $60 out of this thing yet? :smilewink: -- Joker Stupid questions demand stupid answers... the answer to your question.. no I haven't. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. lobo Posted April 9, 2011 Posted April 9, 2011 Have we gotten our $60 out of this thing yet? :smilewink: -- Joker Quite frankly I feel guilty having only paid $60 for this masterpiece. IMO the only thing this sim is missing is the dome. Of course the truth be told I'm sure most of us have done a few hardware upgrades to run this sim. The TMWH set me back $500 all by itself and it was worth every penny. So to answer your question... Lobo's DCS A-10C Normal Checklist & Quick Reference Handbook current version 8D available here: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/172905/

Its what I use and I dont have any problem with it. You just have to put some time in and work at it if you really want to fly this thing.
