Hi, ive tried searching for the subject but could´n find any.

I see that the guncam function now can be used (the switches can be moved), but where does it save the video files?

thanks

I do not believe that there is any plan to actually have to camera produce a recorded file. The track provides the same data (in theory).

I dont think cichlidfan was giving a definitive answer, and I doubt anyone has it or if they did that they could post it. Hitting Alt+F1 gives you a basic visual of what a gun cam would look like anyways.

How do you know it's not planned to be modelled?

Because it has been discussed before and the direction of those discussions has indicated that it would be unlikely.

Note this is still just my interpretation of what others have said.:smilewink:

EDIT: There theoretically should be TGP tapes as well but those would be redundant also.

just record a track file, then use fraps and Alt+F1 view to record the parts you want :)

The only problem with that is, that most system would came to crawl the moment you pressed the trigger.

Saving video in high resolution realtime is not something most systems are capable of (because of hdd speed).

That implies that the video being recorded is high-res in real life...
