WildBillKelsoe Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 It seems alot of the info specially takeoff, is discrepant in view of our manual. He mentions a 7 degree right rudder trim, a 20 degree flap down with 4 degrees tail heavy for 3 point takeoff. But I've downloaded it and working on the camera shake. AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
blackbaron Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 Don't forget it's the P51B in the video, and we have the P51D

Trim and takeoff settings in particular can vary. - EB [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Nothing is easy. Everything takes much longer. The Parable of Jane's A-10 Forum Rules

You are perfectly right, and they even mention it at start, the directive thingy  AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below.
