joey45 Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Cool vid. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. WildBillKelsoe Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 nice vid. keep it coming! AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

karambiatos Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 that was nice, except for using your mouse to move the camera, NEVER DO THAT! cuz its jittery, and just looks plain bad A 1000 flights, a 1000 crashes, perfect record. =&arrFilter_pf[gameversion]=&arrFilter_pf[filelang]=&arrFilter_pf[aircraft]=&arrFilter_DATE_CREATE_1_DAYS_TO_BACK=&sort_by_order=TIMESTAMP_X_DESC"] Check out my random mods and things
OttoPus Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 that was nice, except for using your mouse to move the camera, NEVER DO THAT! cuz its jittery, and just looks plain bad What's a valid alternative?
karambiatos Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 What's a valid alternative? well you can press F2 and then zoom out or in to where you like and press Ctrl+F3 the camera will stay and track the aircraft. some mouse drivers allow you to lock the X and Y of the mouse coupled with a low DPi and some practice you can get good moving shots, seeing as the game doesnt allow you to put the camera movement on any axis other then he mouse. check the camera options in the controls list theres a good bunch of very nice modes A 1000 flights, a 1000 crashes, perfect record. =&arrFilter_pf[gameversion]=&arrFilter_pf[filelang]=&arrFilter_pf[aircraft]=&arrFilter_DATE_CREATE_1_DAYS_TO_BACK=&sort_by_order=TIMESTAMP_X_DESC"] Check out my random mods and things

Seems to work for me. :) And nice job on the vid. I was actually going to use that music for Superior Fighters 2, originally. :D But i'm using a piece from Binary Orchestra instead. :) Edited December 25, 2012 by Glowing_Amraam https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgJRhtnqA-67pKmQ3A2GsgA ED youtube channel https://www.facebook.com/glowingamraam My facebook page
Druid_ Posted December 25, 2012 Author Posted December 25, 2012 (edited) Thanks for the comments. For a first attempt I'm happy as I am no expert. There are a few errors in there and there are things I'd do differently next time (if there is a next time). It was an interesting learning experience. And nice job on the vid. It's a great piece of music and one that I thought perfect for telling a mission story. Looking forward to SF2. Maybe there are few errors, but there's a spirit in your vid that I really like, a scenario, you did a great job to "link" your pictures to give that ambiance, you and Glowing Amraam are having the best vids around the web!
