Where, I don't recall that in the manual and if it does state that I need to get that fixed.

I have to search it. I ordered it from LULU, so it will take a while to find it.

Thank you

I beleave what he read in the manual was the "Emergency Brake" depending where a person is from that is some times taken as the "parking brake". If i am reambering correctly the "Emergency Brake" handle is located by the left knee and it is pulled to switch from nomal brake hydralic pressure to the other system hydralic pressure to supply pressure to the brake. Pg 146 of the manual. but it dose not go into detale of how it all works

If you have lost hydraulic pressure you can pressurize the brake system by pulling the emergency brake handle and you will get pressure for about 5 (vague memory, might not be correct, but anyways you get brakes back but not for long) full depressions of brake pedals.

...

1. Close the speed brakes

2. Set wheel brakes

3. Set Anti-Skid switch to OFF

...

In point two one might assume that it means: parking brakes.

Funny.

Was reading this passage on the train on the way home on my tablet pc. :P

It's not by your knees, it's located on the left console, just forward of the Auxiliary Lighting Control Panel and to the left of the Fuel System Panel.

I haven't checked but you should get 3 "pumps" (press and release) if you lost both hydraulic systems. The pressure should not bleed down if you press and hold the brakes.

Also, if you have full hydraulic pressure from the right system you will continue to havebreak pressure as it is constantly charging the emergency brake accumulator.

How are you supposed to do 3 point turns without a parking brake?!!

Some people ask this question when the brakes are reversed on the controllers.

If the brakes are on when not pushing and off when pushing, go to the axis settings and click "invert axis" This will make them work correctly.
