v5.02 is up now, i had to add an adjusted town.fx shader - this affects the texture that is commonly seen under city and village areas, it has been adjusted to keep in balance with the terrain lighting.

I've revisited the cloud luminance levels again, also increased cloud model density - see first post for updated version.

Thank you Mustang on your efforts, I'm pleased to use every your mod, but DCSW needs a fully new clouds and environmental model - something like a REX for FSX.

Hi Skull..works fine..

EDIT: and Skull I strongly recommend to use JSGME! It is not that complicated, and makes the handling of mods extremly easy..you can turn mods on and off with 1 Klick...Millions of quick testing opportunities.

I have been developing current versions in 1.2.8 so there's nothing to worry about.

edit: Lizzard sums it up above :)

Awesome, thanks.

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Added a few screenshots to 1st post showing what i'm aiming at with the fog layer/sky, with the default parameters the horizon goes unnaturally dark and misty when fog is present in a mission, this gets more evident the higher you climb - with the edited shader the sky and horizon retains more of it's natural blue shades and lightness (i will continue to improve on this, there are still some other variables to play with)
