The hover gauge works now(don't know why it didn't before) it's only the red night lighting that's seems to be broken.

Sorry I wasn't clear about the lights.

With the "red night light" I mean all instruments in the cockpit, panel back ground lights, that you turn on for night flying. On the pilot left side panel behind the head, below the master arm switch, there are 2 big panel light knobs. Does the panel night lighting work for you?

I'm not sure that I talk the same problem like you but if it's not the case here I meet by night:

 

Batteries 1&2: ON

Inverters 1&2: ON

 

Lights of the left side panel:

LH Redlights Brightness RST GR1: No work.

LH Redlights Brightness RST GR2: Yes work.

 

Lights of the right side panel:

RH Redlights Brightness RST GR1: No work.

RH Redlights Brightness RST GR2: Yes work.

 

Lights od the central pannel:

Central Redlights Brightness RST GR1: No work

Central Redlights Brightness RST GRP2: No work.

 

After with the:

Generators 1&2: ON

Rectifiers 1&2&3: ON

 

Lights of the left side panel:

LH Redlights Brightness RST GR1: Work fine.

LH Redlights Brightness RST GR2: Work fine.

 

Lights of the right side panel:

RH Redlights Brightness RST GR1: Work fine.

RH Redlights Brightness RST GR2: Work fine.

 

Lights od the central pannel:

Central Redlights Brightness RST GR1: Work fine.

Central Redlights Brightness RST GRP2: Work fine.

 

In fact two gauges are not lighting as you can see on my two screenshots:

 

 

 

I've tested with the original cockpit and the cockpit of Devrim and for me I meet the same problem..

 

In last posts do you talk of the same problem like me ?

I think you have trouble about installing the mod properly.

I found the problem, which was self inflicted. I used the old V1.3 instead of the new V1.4a...it's all good now:)

So, anyone tried this - and/or the black cockpit mod - with 1.2.8?

 

I'm guessing there would be issues as there are controls in this version not in 1.2.7.

I suggest you not to try this mod on v1.2.8 OpenBeta.

 

Obviously it seems that there're new additional parts in Mi-8 textures. My mod may corrupt them. So, we should wait for next v1.2.8 update.

Aw sorry, I actually had Your Black and English cockpit merged, I will have to check if English version on it's own works.

EDIT: I am sorry, English mod works fine from what I can see. Black mod doesn't yet;) Thanks!

That would be great if you could do a quick update for both the English and black cockpit mods please Devrim.

 

I have tried the combined English / black mod with 1.2.8 and there are quite a few textures that aren't right - charts, radio dials etc.:thumbup:

There's few minutes I've installed the 1.2.8 version and your English Cockpit Mod 1.4a don't work fine with this new version of DCSW, please do you work on a new version of UK English ?
