Please submit your crash logs and information here if you are still having Server crashes since applying Update 1 (and now Update 2 as well). This is for server ops only, all commentary will be deleted, thanks!

For what its worth, we run a modified version of Servman but we still get crashes when Servman is off. We also see crashes when running on Slmod.

 

A couple other points:

 

- Rebuilding the mission in update 1 did not slow crashes.

- Disabling ATC Comms does not seem to slow them either.

Firehouse Server crash 1

 

Here we go again... Not sure what was happening exactly as I wasn't there. I was asking the guys to check and see if the CTTS script was working and they were saying it wasn't... but I'm not sure how long after that that it happened.

 

Looked like "async error" or something like that- not one I've seen before. I thought it would be in the crashlog but apparently not. I also saw a crash.dmp file as well... that a new error reporting tool?

 

 

Anyway- here's the pertinent files.

Sure, we need to nail down what is going on, if it turns out to be Servman, which it doesnt seem to be at this point then so be it :)

Question, does your server enable Combined Arms?

 

My first and so far only crash in multiplayer was whit combined arms.

Not 100% sure but i believe i was trying to add a target to a group of units consisting of various infantry and mortars.

(spawned whit a troop drop script btw.)

Crash logs.

 

Hello Gentlemen,

 

Just a few crashes since the recent update. Some of the guys advised when employing weapons and then a crash. Added the crash logs and dump files as well. The AEF 161 Squadron server has the LoATC and the Hawk MP MOD installed.

 

The server has been relatively stable with fewer crashes then the prior version. :thumbup:

Unfortunately on the VA server, we're still seeing the same frequency of mission crahes on Update 2.

159th server seems more stable. Then again, people may not have been playing on it as much.

 

@ sithspawn, anyway we can open the .dmp files ourselves?

 

 

We are trying to get more info on the .dmp files right now, will let you know if I find anything out. As of right now, just submit them.
