SafetyTurtle Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 I really like that you can see all the parts, it looks very..mechanical...it's almost a shame to hide it away in a cockpit ^^
Slaw Posted November 5, 2014 Author Posted November 5, 2014 I heard the VO101_MMaister views and decided to change my pedals. The steering dumper is not included in the kit. It can be purchased on Ebay (like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Universal-Motorcycle-CNC-Adjustable-Steering-Damper-Stabilizer-Top-Black-/331091458097). Cost about $ 50. The kit will include the mount of steering dumper and 1 or 2 extra cam.VO101_MMaister Thanks again. 1 https://slawdevice.com/pl/
recoilfx Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 Hi Slaw, Would you be able to produce an upgrade CAM kit for the existing 109 owners? Thanks!
Slaw Posted November 6, 2014 Author Posted November 6, 2014 Hi Slaw, Would you be able to produce an upgrade CAM kit for the existing 109 owners? Thanks! I think yes. Everything will be determined after the test. New pedals have some differences in size - it can complicate everything. In BF109 pedals since 2015 I plan to use the cam. https://slawdevice.com/pl/
SafetyTurtle Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 I cant quite figure out what the steering dumper does exactly (I'm not technology minded, I'm a smith by trade, I hit stuff with hammers)...does it make the pedals "harder" to push or something completely else?

cichlidfan Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I am a bit surprised to see that the pedal actually moves laterally when the rudder is deflected. Slaw Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 Sorry, I did not understand what you mean. https://slawdevice.com/pl/
cichlidfan Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 When you use the pedals to control the rudder. The pedal itself travels in an arc (in the approximately horizontal plane), not in a straight line. Slaw Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 If the changes after the tests are not great - I think at the end of February - March. https://slawdevice.com/pl/
Slaw Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 I'm ready to preorder, when do you intend to start shipping? I saw your cockpit (as you written - old). I think you should know that the width of pedals - 520 mm . https://slawdevice.com/pl/
cichlidfan Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Yes, it is a feature of the parallelogram. Yes. I see that the design forces the outcome. I just did not expect it since I had not actually looked that closely before. agrasyuk Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 I saw your cockpit (as you written - old). I think you should know that the width of pedals - 520 mm . Thanks for the detail. The new cockpit is still in planning stages, can work around that size. I was planning building my own pedals but your product looks like very worthy shortcut. Sign me up. Anton.
