Hello, yes in the slick version (Civilian) the "cable cutter" are not available.

If you chose the armed version you have more element like the "cable cutter".

You choose one Huey and after you click here "Mission Planner" ---> "Additionnal Properties For Aircraft" and you can add or remove the famous exhaust.

 

 

 

This morning I've created this new repaint "116th Assault Helicopter Company 1967 Yellow Jackets" civilian and military version and there's few minutes I've uploaded this repaint, just wait.
