  2. The modeling of flaws is important and desirable. The US 4th gen RWR's need a bit more fallibility themselves. Though Soviet aircraft also lack the ground support that they were designed to work with, and it sounds like the SPO issue is not a design issue but a maint one. If so it should fall under random failures and not normal use.
  3. I agree with @peeter. I may have a total of five modules that may slowly die. ED needs to figure out a way to continue to support and protect third modules from abandonment or in the event of conflict. I thought this was going to be resolved after the Hawk. I have been a customer of ED since the beginning, but I am having a hard time continuing to do so. Please ED listen to your retail customers, I want this community to continue to grow and thrive.

  5. Ok tried replace a fuel tanks with a Lmav for his smaller blast radius but nothing changed and the ambushe friendlies don't survive ,also look how much difference there're between the HUD indicated altitude and the real, even with modified QFE
  6. @LaCiKaI think you did nothing wrong here, target was hot all the time, so HPRF made sense. Still traditional wisdom in DCS is that with flanker/fulcrum you have to switch to MPRF when you get closer purely for tactical reasons. One of the first things the blue learns in how to notch or even go cold. To counter that you have to switch to MPRF which is way more stable. Attempt next time to switch to Dogon mode once you are closer than 30-40km. From what I tried, it will keep the track or even lock if you are in the STT. Funny thing is that not even chaff got used. I must say these issues with FF 29 would have been much more tolerable, if they did not choose to bring second breaking change and that it R-27 itself which also affects existing modules. E.g. if this was not touched now, you could still revert back to FC3 and give them more breathing time to fix FF 29. We are all eagerly waiting for the next patch.

  8. That fixed it for me too but I don't want to leave HT disabled just for DCS. Specially when once in the sim, I noticed a small hit on fps stability with HT off. Did you try downgrading the BIOS? I didn't do anything special with my ASUS board, just followed the usual procedure to bump up the version but applied a previous one instead. Cheers

And it worked. Now i installed back quad views fovetead and openxr eye trackers and happened again. I saw an update in the PSVR2 app and the PSVR2 toolkit...I installed both....no joy
  10. В БВБ МиГ рвет F-14 легко. F-15, F-18 в БВБ тоже легко. F-16 чуть тяжелее из за малого размера. ДВБ не пробовал. У меня вообще сложилось впечатление что FF МиГ более летучий чем ГСный. Хотя может это у меня и эффект плацебо.
  11. I'm not sure if this was just a typo, but I noticed in the 2.0 manual it describes the Stability Augmentation System as having 50% control authority.   14. As the above post says,it's laser in PAUSE mode. If u switch the laser mode to Target Maker mode (using the switch covered by a guard below the HSI) ,then everytime u fire laser it forces to PAUSE mode for cooling,so u won't burn out ur leaser too easily. by the way that switch is default to range finder mode,and the default mode is pretty much the mode for every weapons including Vikhr ATGM,u only switch that to Target Marker mode if u want to use the KH25 missile(that big white one)
  15. I'm not using keyboard commands. I have trim mapped to the hat on my Sidewinder FFB. I fixed both of these issues. The force feedback issue was fixed by swapping the Axis in the FFB Tune. Nose down authority was largely a result of the flight regime I was in.
  16. I think Super Carrier is a dead horse anymore. Would really be surprised if anything major gets done to it in the future if you pin anyone down you get the ole "it's being worked on" and hopefully you will go away. They made their profit and have moved on to the other projects. It would be nice if they turned the code loose to the community and let them tweak/fix it. Maybe I'm wrong would be nice either way it is what it is J
  17. Its simply an ED version of / replacement for the phased out M2k-C. Because of that maybe thrown out too early for EA. Just look at the loadout. It is not meant to take on DCS's F14/16/18.
  18. Has someone done a expanded weapon mod on the new Mig-29 like the FC3 version has? Curious as to what actually works on it in order to replicate ukrainian mig-29s against russia with agm-88, gbu bomb trucks, etc.

  21. According to my experience, there are usually 2 sets of PRMGs installed at an airfield. Only one of them is turned on, depending on the active runway. This is very similar to ILS.
  22. It happens only with the Mig29. The button is assigned to one of the Virpil Throttle and I'm sure it works well: with other aircrafts no issue at all... but the strange part is that it won't exit the zoom when I end the flight! Anyway I'll try what you suggest. thanks

  24. Is the spyglass/VR zoom function assigned to a key/joystick button? If yes, it might worth checking whether your controller/keyboard is acting up, sending unwanted pulses. To confirm this, you can try by unassigning all VR zoom/spyglass zoom key/button assignments. If the problem disappears, then you know you have a controller issue. Otherwise, must investigate further. I've been flying the 29 in VR quite often and never had any issue similar to what you're describing.
