  1. Past hour
  2. SSD should be 2TB (or larger).
  3. That would explain a lot, thanks
  4. In Afghanistan, the vast majority of takeoffs were from the nosewheel. This was due to altitude, air density, and the takeoff weight of the armed helicopters. This is entirely appropriate.
  5. A friend of mine asked me to design a computer for him to play Digital Combat Simulator. Something able to run on ultra wide monitor with good quality. I came up with the below build, but I'm not sure if this will handle the monitor I suggest there. The suggested budget was 2k for the computer + 1.5k for the monitor. Weight of the prices can be cahnged, ofc. 6. ADdition to the idea: Mkae it possible for modders to add their own Warroom/GUI. So to keep it seperate form the main GUI and save the ED developers some time and money, they can launch/initialise their GUI from mission start.
  7. MAXsenna, look, I'm not here to beat people up and dash their expectations. What I'm here to say is that many people need to realize that for 17 years there have been "plans" (not promises) for certain features/capabilities/environments... and we've all blown them out of proportion and created our own "pipelines" (and I was one of the first, just like David 550). And when a launch happened, reality hit us like a punch in the stomach, and then the torches and pitchforks started (example: WW2). That's why I've long since made a 180-degree turn and become coldly realistic... because I prefer them to take one or two steps than for them to run and end up slipping and falling to the ground... you have to crawl before you walk, and walk before you run. And I think I'm repeating myself when I say this... I know I'm coming on like a steamroller, and that's perhaps my biggest mistake, but it's because I've lowered my bar for what can be exaggerated to almost the bare minimum.
  8. Agreements are in place for various contracts, what I am saying is we can not share with you which ones, they are confidential. So please do not twist what is being said.
  9. +1 voted. Let's make DCS great again
  10. No this is related to what you told the customers concerning new agreements It isn't confidential, it for all to read on your support page Customers are the bad guy for asking if a company's public statement is still true? Well,.. in that case, I have this bridge to sell you,... interested?
  11. Hi the Aviators, I still have random office returns, this is the DCS.log. How can I solve this problem? Thank you. Salut les Aviateurs, j'ai toujours des retours bureau aléatoires, voici le DCS.log. Comment je peu régler ce problème ? Merci à vous dcs.log
  12. No, historical charts are off by 10° WITH DCS's historical change in magnetic deviation for that time. Assuming that ED put in the correct deviation for that year (if that is their responsibility for the sim, Idk), then the Ugra media map is off by 10° for charts from the year I put in to the sim when creating my mission.
  13. There are two people on this forum that will jump at the chance to shoot down wished. One, because he just doesn't like the idea, for whatever reason, no matter what it is. The other one: "ED has not talked about it. It's not in the roadmap". Go figure! (The thing about reading is spot on). What's actually funny is that more often than not get it wrong, and we suddenly have said feature! Apologies! This is my fault. I mentioned "FPS" for a lack off a better description because I was in a hurry and English is not my first language. What I meant to say, was that any feature that could resemble/compete with a Combined Arms feature would probably need to be approved by ED, which you obviously agree with. Thank you for your video, thoughts and what you bring to the community! Cheers! Have a great weekend everyone!
  14. If you have a large monitor and it's close filling much of the forward view it's advantageous to set it small so as not to interfere with the inside tracking. Big bright sudden scenery changes from a moving flight simulation won't help you get steady tracking.
  15. 10°? That's to much. Germany itself has a elongation under 10°
  16. My problem is with Enigma, with their content creation and their past "opinions," which is why I haven't watched their video. And no, I don't have any problem with ASC; on the contrary, I'm grateful for the great work they're doing.
  17. Пробовал на JF-17, F-14, AV-8B в двух режимах CCIP CCRP, летят камнем вниз не обращая внимания на прицел вычислителя.
  18. Objectively, I do not disagree with anything you said. Fare enough. But clarification, are you saying Enigma has said some things in the past or Matt from ASC?
  19. Thank you for your observation. Actually, the keyboard keys for the rudder no longer work on any paid module. How did you program your rudder? Which axis? My TPR is on the YAW axis, and the small white bar on the axis moves fine. However, it no longer works in the game; it's impossible to turn the wheel. The rudder axis control is no longer present. Is this also the case for you? Thanks Raymond
  20. Today
  21. Dude, in case you missed it: I’M NOT ED STAFF. Don’t try to come after me for giving someone accurate information that you don’t like.
  22. bonjour la livrée à été complétée vous pouvez la télécharger de nouveau merci pour votre retour
  23. Historical charts are off by like 10° in the year 1987...
  24. I never said that people are asking for making the contract public. I said people don't have the right to see even the smallest part of the contracts because it's not their business. But the keep asking for things like this (as you said by yourself): This is for sure a part of the contract and we as normal customers don't have the right to get this information. Not how it is writen, not how long the clause and not if it's even part of the specific contract. Just not at all!! I don't know what people here think they are to even ask for something like this. I don't get it and it's really annoying to read questions like this again and again.
