Woah this may have caused an instant CTD in DCS

Woah that may have been due to this Turned Virtualization back on but still crashed. The game ran one mission though instead of quitting instantly Events251020-2.evtx DxDiag.txt dcs.log-20251020-191149.zip

Hello, yes, it is standard WP in Mission Editor. I haven't tried those special waypoints that can be programmed directly for the MiG-29A yet. I'm also attaching the mission itself if anyone wants to try it. Thank you... RUS_2025_Caucasus_map.miz

And that's what I think is incorrect. It should be TMS Up in order to make a point track. Don't think you can do a fix based on an area track.

This log file is missing the expected entry containing the RAM and page file size information. Potentially an issue with this. Have you run a memory test? For the DxDiag log you need to run the Windows DxDiag tool, save the output, and attach here. This may also help highlight RAM issues. You also have the OH6 Gunner script. This has been known to cause performance problems in the past. Remove that from your Scripts\Hooks directory. EDIT: This log file is not containing the expected entry for the CPU either. Just wanting to confirm whether or not you have removed this information from the log, or there is a much deeper problem with your PC.

I've witnessed in Cold War, Kola, and AFG terrains. It happens each time. I'm in SP mode. That said, it doesn't happen with the Chinook and/or Apache.

For me, in VR and on my monitor's view, there are mirrors of the clouds at ground level, and they disappear as I gain altitude. After PC reboot and multiple game restarts, it persists. The only change was me updating the NVIDIA game-ready driver. I did an express install to retain my NVIDIA settings. I've not troubleshot or attempted to rectify...yet.

I had this randomly yesterday too in MP 4YA Caucuses. Sadly no-one would believe it was unintentional! I'm using the Thrustmaster TQS Mission Pack. Never had it before. Spankle

Look in your Saved Games/DCS/ folder and you’ll find the two folders there. Just delete the content of both. Note that DCS will need to regenerate new textures, meaning that the first time after cleaning the folders, it will be slower.

Bleed Air knob position shouldn't cause electronic failures, this sounds more like a generator tie problem that one engine isnt supplying power to all electronic buses. Check position of the GEN TIE switch?

Всех приветствую, столкнулся со следующей проблемой, установил данную модификацию, так же обновил VPC Airfield Equipment. В редакторе миссий, не отображаются в списке юнитов ни те ни те модули, при этом миссии где статика уже стоит (таковые имеются только со статикой VPC соответственно) все работает, миссия запускается и никаких проблем нет. Подскажите в чем может быть проблема и как это исправить?

OK I have reinstalled Nvidia drivers in safe mode. Restart. Set Nvidia Shader Cache to : Disabled. Restart. Deleted C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\DXCache. Restarted. Set Nvidia Shader Cache to Driver Default. Restart. Deleted contents of C:\Users\USER\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\metashaders2. Restart Ran DCS Blackouts and freezes remain. With GPU utilization graph, in Task Manager, goes to zero for XX number of seconds. Then returns to normal, with DCS running, as if nothing happened. There is no application crash. So , as expected, no change in performance. dcs.log file attached. I am unable to locate dxdiag.log file. Where would it be? However in AV8B and M2000C in Nevada Free Flight, I get now get 180-205 FPS. For some reason RAZBAM mods have the best FPS on my system. But blackouts are universal. They happen in all modules with similar regularity. dcs.log

As stated, probably this past update, when I spawn into 3D in the Viper, even though my throttle is at IDLE, I start immediately scooting across the apron/taxiway/etc. in a high-throttle-setting. I have to cycle the throttle forward and back to idle and stand on the wheelbrakes. I have a VKB STECS and this didn't happen before. I run no mods beyond SRS. Has this happened to others? TIA.

Normally, this doesn't happen if everything is set up correctly. How did you set your waypoint in Mission Editor? Are you using DTC? You'll need to provide more information.

HI all Thank you so much for your work mbucchia! I’ve an issue my G2 goes black after 15 seconds in DCS the tracking is working with the sound but no display on the helmet. I’ve an error regarding HDCP in steam vr (all was working with WMR). W24H2 thanks for your help. Laurent
