Correct. ED publicly stated so. Payware campaigns are protected and cannot be altered - so the save game solution won't work. It also won't save script states so ANY moderately complex missions using scripts are off the table too.

The stall buffet frequency was fine when the module released, but now it's way too high and makes the plane unflyable. Also the gun firing vibration used to be there but now it's gone. Honestly it feels like the stall is using the gun firing frequency.

I just restarted Persian Lion I-so well done. Just hard enough each level to keep me "evolving"- each one a tiny bit more complex than the previous mission. No giant jumps in knowledge with a focus on the one larger change (eg JDAMS, or inputting info for an inserted waypoint). All the triggers seem to work, and comms works well (no problems like my previous complaint). Clear orders, and confirmatory dialogue. Never lost. These are my favorites so far.

Hi folks, just bought a new LG C5 monitor. I have enabled VRR and it works fine on MSFS 2024 and EA F1 2024...you can clearly see the refresh rate indicator going between 40 and 120 Hz. Using an AMD GPU (RX 7900 XTX). However, in DCS it is stuck at 59-60 FPS as shown in LG game optimizer dashboard. I have disabled vsync but no luck. Would anybody have any suggestions ? Thanks

I thought it was great, as far as I could see. My problem is that I don't speak English. Like many of us who fly DCS, we have a simulator translated into Spanish, but the instruction is in English.

If you have problems with the servers that are on DCS, complain to their owners, who are running them or make your own, don't try to push your own nerrative down on people's throat, everyone has the free will and decision to enjoy DCS the way they want to, not like how you would like to. Currently there is a early acsess release that has bulletholes at parts that needs to be patched, people are going to voice their problems with a product that they have spent money on, since they want to be able to use it. There isn't even an option between serviced SPO-15 and unserviced. Where does that make sense? Also, if you have been reading into different thread, and theards that are not only in English, there are multiple SME's that are saying that the SPO-15 is working with the radar on. I do wonder if 16x ATGM is an air show loadout or not. The original computer from Mi-24V-Mi-35M can only handle up to 8, which is why you see Mi-35M with 8x rack on only right wingtip so much. They have quad racks. But I also know the 8x rack has a winch to make ground crews more happy You say weight is a problem for modeling 24V, but this Cyprus/Serb 35P is already 300 kg lighter from fixed gear and short wing. But IMO, that is little FM work as it’s just moments that DCS naturally calculates into inertia.

Agreed, Flankers are a lot lower on my list of wanted RedFor aircraft. Been enjoying the MiG-29 quite a bit. It would be nice to see some MiG-25PD/RB/BM's, MiG-23MF/ML/BN's, MiG-27M/K, Su-17M2/M3/M4 and even the Su-24M/MK. Never really been a fan of the Chinese clones but a Q-5 Fantan, J-8B/D/H Finback or JH-7A Flounder would definitely pique my interest. I'm glad that Red Star are bringing the aircraft like the MiG-17F Fresco to DCS for that mid-cold war era (1960-1970's). Imagine the fights between F-100D's, F-104G's verses MiG-17F's, and hopefully MiG-21F/PF's.

When I launch the updater app, the screen comes up but it shutdowns after launch. This has happened before and I know there is a fix, but I don't remember what it is. Can anyone help> TIA Clutter

Not sure why the "assign group" doesn't work (doesn't for me either, I'd call that a bug because it should work), but the order it's picking targets in should (haven't checked it's working currently) be controlled by the GROUP order in the mission. So if you have the SA-15's at the top of the groups in the ME it should pick them over the tank it's currently picking. Note that the ORDER priority only applies to GROUPS and not within a group (so may not prioritize unit 1 vs unit 4 within a group).

T'est sur que t'as activé navigation HNS, et pas jusque INS ? Il y a des bug du pod mais il s'affichent autrement (le majeur c'est l'area track qui ne marche pas au quelques premiers activations). Mauvais coordonnes ca me semble un erreur du navigation gyro.

Then let me rephrase my previous sentance. Lots of things are in a factor when it comes to msl guidence, but the fact that you can completly make a MSL loose tracking by rolling is not due to any glint. And I am not talking about a loaded roll, or with in the play chaff, or anything. Just a simple roll while maintaining heading, that should not be enaugh for a missile to lose complete guidence and miss. That doesn't sound like a radar glint, more of a API bug. Hence why people are waiting for a response from the developers. And I am not refering to the small gif that has been put in by GRY Money, I am talking about the general topic of this thread

Aber deine Matrix-Rechnung kommt nicht ganz hin. Du musst das einmal für jedes Eingabegerät machen. Nicht einmal für jedes Modul. Das ist ja gerade die Idee dahinter, sich Arbeit zu sparen. Beim ersten Mal kann man da sicherlich eine Stunde mit zubringen (Sicherung anlegen, Anleitung lesen, nochmal lesen, Schritt für Schritt durchgehen, DCS zwischendurch starten und dann wieder beenden und hinterher wieder starten). Ich musste das im Frühsommer gleich zwei mal machen und beim zweiten hat das 10 Minuten für alle meine DCS-Installationen und alle meine Eingabegeräte gedauert (beim ersten Mal war das Austüfteln der Power-Shell-Befehle das, was mich viel Zeit gekostet hat. Aber immer noch schneller als alle Dateien von Hand umzubenennen ). Das ist jetzt schon Trollen, oder? Wenn ich nichts übersehe, hat niemand in diesem ganzen Thread ein einziges Mal danach gefragt, wie man den Gespeicherte Spiele-Ordner verschiebt. Ich weiß nicht ob du überhaupt noch andere Leute durcheinanderbringst oder nur noch dich selbst...
