Developers need a help from community. We gather information about chaff and flare amount for each aircraft. Please point in this thread information about countermeasure amount and typical layout (chaffs/flares) for each aircraft. You can see the 4 buckets on the first aircraft, 3 on the left side one on the right, between the wing and the horizontal stab. IIRC, it depends more on the cartridge itself. USAF F-16, AFAIK, have 4 buckets and can be loaded with all flare or all chaff or what ever combination. Other countries with the F-16 have many different combination. Some carry extra chaff or flares in weapons pylons, some have extra buckets in the fuselage. Typical training or flight configuration will be hard to tell like GGTharos stated previously. I have seen 30 Flares per bucket and other time only 10 (bigger flares). I don't think F-117 could carry them, I don't think they needed countemasures. At least I don't see where they could be loaded.1 point

эээээ... вообщем, есть рац. предложение: коли наберется народу более 10, а лучше ~15 человек... То, если оно конечно будет в тему миссии, то можно организовать «вторую волну». Ииииии... если немного развить идею, то.... ;) можем получить аля эстафету ;) (как варианты, можно поделить общий народ на меньшие группы.. итд. итп...). Конкретно сейчас уже думаю менять что либо поздно, но мысль таки на будущее. ) ЗЫ. просто натолкнулся на мысль, что не все смогут участвовать, при том что по моим субъективным расчетам, на вылете будет %80 народу, и те с опозданиями ;)1 point

About the clickable cockpit, after watching the start-up developers note video, I got the idea that the mouse cursor position is determined in the screen coordinate axes, i.e. it moves with your head relative to the cockpit. My request is to have an option available to make the mouse cursor direction move relative to the cockpit axes. The effect should be that the mouse stays fixed on a cockpit location while you move your head. For example, press the right mouse button to temporarily switch the coordinate system. This will make it much easier to flip a switch as you can control your cursor with only the mouse instead of both the mouse and the trackIR. Otherwise moving your head will make it much harder to keep the mouse on a certain location in the cockpit. Of course, when the next switch, lever or knob is outside your view, you would release the right mouse button, look at the desired object (while the cursor moves with your view) and then press the right mouse button again to steer your cursor to the exact location. I hope this explanation is clear. I think it would greatly improve the interface as you depend quite heavily on the mouse cursor with so many switches, levers and knobs to be controlled.1 point

Me and X-man were using candle bombs ;) Was fun, cuz I was flying real high and X-man directed me at what moment I should drop candles so he can run in for bombing.1 point

It was interesting. Especially when came a night. Our bombers almost broke eyes:joystick: :). It seem to me, that it too little visibility on server. Idea such missions is good. Sometime it useful to fly, like pilots from 80th.1 point
