Pauldy, while there is a bug with the timers, your screen shots up above are not bugged. You are still confused. You think the Post Launch Time to Active is Time to Impact, but it is not. There is a TTA and TTI in the post launch area, not only a TTI.

We know that at the upper part of the VSD in TWS radar mode, there are two values when using an AIM-120, The M(n) time for the last missile fired to become active or tracking a target on it's own, the Time to active counter. Then the nn (enter any numerical value) beside the Time to active counter, that tells us the Time for the last missile fired to hit the target, the Time to Impact counter. I'm just wondering about the given values of both counters after the last missile you launched already went active or pitbull, despite not launching another AIM-120 yet. "M15 31" 15 seconds to active and 31 seconds to impact for what? I remember another counter below the VSD, M(x) which counts the time to active for the current missile selected still attached to the pylon rail. but both M counters above and below the VSD don't match. So all in all, what's this M15 and 31 seconds?

Was long since i wrote here but i check the threads almost everyday.. but i havent played the game that much. I sort of learned the basics and did some missions but then i didnt find the time or energy to play as hard core as the game demands.. but i played yesterday and for the love of me i couldnt get the track following autopilot to function.. i engaged it and the bird woud do just about everything else BUT follow the course..i tried everything.. but at the end found my self in a "swing like" motion over a nearby town..back and forth.. back and forth... back and forth... made me seasick. i even tried different missions to se if it was some "indended" faiure in that mission.. then i struck me. i had been pressing the "T" button and not the "R" button. i had trimmed and trimmed and trimmed..and NOT engaged the autopilot at all! that was happen when you dont play enough. ;)

4 cores at 2.4 ghz, mean that you have 4 cores, each operating at 2.4Ghz. You should not divide that number(the frequency) or multiply it as some do. If the game uses only one CPU, as Lockon, then for it, you have one CPU at 2.4 ghz. And yes the game only uses one core, but the rest may be entertained by doing other common tasks like running windows load, calculations for freetrack/trackIR... or just idle :)

I-O Display Systems - у них очень маленький угол обзора (маленький виртуальный экран), приемуществ 800х600 вы не заметите. 26 градусов против 32 у тех-же Vuzix Headplay - фактически предоставляет только один но высокочастотный мониторчик, и "затворные" очки в одном флаконе. Недостатком этих обоих устройств является то что для стерео вам понадобится старый жифорс, как и для Z800. Хотя возможно для хедплея можно найти какой-то обходной путь, через драйвера IZ3D + ATI карточку, но не слышал чтобы у кого-то получалось. Пишите мне в аську - номер указан у меня в профиле форума.

Aye - would have to see a Track. Dependant on altitude, usually advisable to Lock the Turret. Range also an important factor. Movement of Convoy and Relative Speed/Angle of Engagement will also depend on where you stabilize the Target Marker, ie Lead the Target a wee fraction.

I upgraded to TIR 5 with pro clip just before Christmas (well worth it for those thinking of it) As such I have my old TIR 3 with vector expansion and pro clip doing nothing and thought someone may like it. I'm running Super EF2000 for Windows 95. Have got it running perfectly in XP, all you need is winthrottle. http://www.oldskool.org/pc/throttle I've got mine throttled to slow down 75%. Having a blast! If anyone wants it I think it's abandonware so I could probably upload it. Anyone keen for some networked campaign action?
