Looks pretty much like ED stuff. There's even that famous white circle around the Alligator... ;) http://en.rian.ru/video/20111021/167931504.html1 point

Hi James! Welcome to the Forums, and the Warthog. I put together this tutorial for entering UTM coordinates into the CDU to create a new waypoint for a JTAC target. The link is in my sig, or here is the direct link: http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1126958&postcount=4 I think you should create the new waypoint (MFCD OSB 9) before entering the UTM coordinate. This may be your problem. Let me know if you need any more help, I will be glad to lend a hand.1 point

Sorry if I'm repeating a discussed topic. I must have missed it in the wish list. ok I took a quick look :P ;)1 point

The LSK with the ? is for selecting the next waypoint number. When you enter the coordinates you select the LSK on the bottom left IIRC (I'm at work).1 point

+1 but not only that, we miss a lot of things Ground crew miss too, not only visual bug only 4 options its not really nice, we miss a lot of things like wheel chocks, cause for big wind the aircraft will moving before we finish the startup, we miss the guy who help us for check the control surface cause with random failure that can stop to work and in internal view we can't see the rear (and a simulator must be done for internal view, before i hear: use external view), the guy who guide us, for take off its just eye candy but for landing, when we never know where coming that's can be nice and more and more and more... We miss the windsock its true, we miss a lot of things in airport...1 point

@BaD CrC You don't have to re-plug the monitors at all.... Just make sure (once I have your Config ready) to set the matrox output as your "Primary Display" or also called "main display" in windows7 properties. Just let the ID numbers as they are - but please drop me a note if they change after you reassigns the main display. To know the right ID's for the "primary" and each other display is very important for the SoftTH config when written manually. in short: ID 1 don't has to mean that this is your "primary display" But I have to know which ID is associated with which display - that's all. Once again: Make sure you are able to set Display 2 as you primary. and don't mess with assigning new IDs... sorry for confusing you ;) and btw - jib is right! But I had much more pixel on a 6870 running in the high 30ies (3840x2100). So -don't worry about the high number of pixels right now. Thats why we doing this "Desperately seeking for FPS"... softth thingy, -right?! ;). If this fails - I would also tell you to run a lower res at the Matrox e.g. 3072x768 . But we are not there right now. First let see what you will gain with SofTH. And I'm very sure we/you will see a boost in FPS... because we will push all "camera" render directly on only one monitor (That's where all the action happens) with SoftTH. We will also be able to fixate the fps of the secondary screens with a function of Softth. This will insignificant declutter the pixel-stream against the windowed method. Because we configure to push the the "Camera View" directly to the "primary screen" first -if this is done - the GPU (directed by SoftTH) will take the time to deliver the secondary monitors instead of trying it all at once -like in windowed mode. "primary screen" means first priority - but this doesn't work when in windowed mode so well. But we will see - will finish the files in the evening.1 point

I wish there was a way to get this for the KC-135 in DCS. Even if it were a dumbed down version. It would be cool (for something else to do) to fly the KC-135, put it into an autopilot holding pattern, switch to the Boom position and refuel some buddies or AI. ED, Please figure out a way to do this! I know it'd be boring for most, but things like this and being able to work an ATC position are fun and add to the whole gameplay. FD OFF -> Attitude HOLD FD ON -> Input Dampening Attitude HOLD means it will attempt to keep the flight attitude as found on latetst trimmer usage. Input Dampening means it will only dampen (soften?) your input on Cyclic, Collective and Rudder but it will not alter your flight attitude. FD != AP this is important to keep in mind. In fact, you actually do switch between FD and AP usage instead of switching on/off any one of FD and AP. One of both is always in command (as long as you have those shiny blue buttons lit, that is)...1 point

Only one problem with that, most arm crews have a pair of big ol' chunky chocks they lug around. I've seen some folks sling `em under the mains before the pilot comes to a full stop and jerk the guy forward until the inertia reels catch. Plugging in and chatting is always an adventure after some stunt like that...1 point

Очень интересная тема! Помню ставил на ГС1, их первый мод, было очень круто. На миражах со своими кабинами и оружием можно было летать!1 point

Flap gauge isn't custom made for the A-10, but rather COTS equipment. You get ten extra degrees of indication for free! A custom gauge would take eight years to develop, four years to procure, cost US$8 billion in dev budget (a bargain at only 120% over budget) and still lack indication of fully retracted condition due to an oversight in the specs. There would be outrage when the contract was won by a European company building it in Oregon, instead of by a US company building it in China... ;)1 point

The depressing thing about the server browser is that is hasn't really evolved on the user end since it was first implemented with BS1. Amazingly I still really really miss hyperlobby.1 point
