  1. Exactly as @Vakarian said. Even bringing up the TPOD will deselect them, and you'll have to start the whole 3 minute "cooldown" process again.
  2. Stick the wings in "bomb mode" and get a feel to start with.
  3. I'll try and get on later this evening and see what occurs.
  4. Thanks for the explanation. It may be a day or so before I can try again due to RL stuff. Good point in terms of Mods. All I'm using are mainly graphical enhancements, except the no pause briefing mod, which wasn't active at the time the issue occurred. I'm not running anything that should interfere with any scripting or similar (I think). I’ve attached a pic of currently enabled mods in case it's of use. I guess the Echo19 sound mod may be causing the "clipping" I'll zap that before I try again.
  5. Hi, thanks for investigating. I'll give it another whirl in case it was a one-off. Out of interest, could it be related to me perhaps being early/late push time wise from T/O or is this of no consequence? Also, where did you make the call to get the Wingmen to tank just in the general vicinity of WP3?
  6. Many thanks, something is definitely up, or I'm completely stupid. The "clipped" replies from Texaco are also odd, and may be a symptom of something else, I guess. No issues running briefing room generated missions or other AV8 missions. I've just remembered that I have the gameplay "unlimited" weapons option set as I was practising some CCIP run in the AV8, but I'm guessing that should make no odds. Will disable it now anyway.
  7. Hi, Just come back to this campaign after a fair break, and it seems a little broken. When enroute to refuel with Texaco (WPT3) there's a message to let the "nuggets" tank first. I tell my flight to "hit the tanker" but there's no response, all the radio channels are set correctly. Furthermore, when I call into Texaco the replies are clipped, that is the response starts then the sound stops before it's complete, the radio text displays correctly. The Hornets appear to just stack up with my flight and don't do anything. Am I missing something here, or is this now broken in the latest OB (2.7.17.29140) Was really enjoying it, but I’ve come back to it, and it appears broken I'm guessing it's DCS AI as per usual...
  8. And how did you remove the rocks and grass?
  9. I think the performance gains realised now are negligible, however there are some other features of the MOD that are "nice" Albedo super sampling for example...

I had a G2 previously and really liked the off ears tbh.

    VR Ears

Hi, Has anyone had any experience with these headphones? https://rebuffreality.com/products/vr-ears Looking at a set for the Varjo Aero, but they don't appear to have an inbuilt mic, nor do they mention explicit Aero compatibility,. Before I reach out to them, just curious if anyone has an informed opinion on how they sound. Z
  12. Not shiny new, but works well in VR https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3313661/
  13. The clients joining your server need to have purchased the relevant map.
  14. Time set correctly on the local machine?
  15. Security is mostly a layer 8 issue at the end of all the controls....
  16. Hi, I think more detail regarding the symptoms and the issue is going to be required before anyone can offer anything useful in the way of help.
  17. Many thanks for the detailed explanation, I got most of it. Will try and find some time to play.
  18. Care to share how you went about it?
  19. Been running it for years (nod32).
  20. Yup better than they originally were, however on the horizon line they shimmer badly. The lighting also has a direct impact on the degree of shimmer.
  21. This is what I was going to suggest..SS forward so IRMV is displayed in the MFD, then TDC depress
  22. Thanks, I think I must have been having a brain fart last night, as I've used the GBU12s numerous times in the Harrier with no issue. If nothing has changed, and it's that simple, then, great. I've not flown it in a few weeks, so perhaps why. Will double-check later. Ah, that would make sense, as I used to change them in flight simply by boxing code and changing. So the behaviour has changed since the patch?
  23. I did see that note in the release notes, and I've not changed them. They're at the default of 1111, still the same outcome.
  24. Odd issue. Anyone else having issues with GBU12s (only LGBs I’ve tried) not tracking in the latest OB? Release, fire the laser, and they never look like they're tracking and always miss? Same procedure I've been using for months, but doesn't work. An aside, but the same appears to happen using GBU12s in the A10C II also. Doesn't seem to matter on the map or mission, the behaviour is the same? Hornet works fine...I'm very confused
