I use Track IR for a few Years now but only the Software and Camera. I don't want a cable solution (makes no sense with a wireless Headphone) so i buyed the Delanclip Fusion Transmitter. Works like a charm.

Tried a slow repair yesterday and then flew a few missions. HP Reverb G2, AMD 3700x, X570 Board and 32 Gigs 3200MHz RAM, GPU ASUS TUF RTX3080 12G. Got around 60-70 Frames (depends on the Mission) tested with FW190A8 Persian Gulf Convoy Strafe but got several Times CPU or GPU Bound. No MR and Textures not on High because that's crashes some Modules like the AH-64 in VR. FPS in Menu is 90Hz. The highest Frame Rate i had was in the MP339 Weapon Practice over Caucasus. That was between 70 and almost 90 Hz. Also CPU and GPU bound several Times. All in All it's a pleasant Thing in MR. A nice beginning. Could only get better (i hope so). Rainer

The G2 comes with a separate power unit for the cable. No USB power here. It's a round plug.

No Problem here. I uninstalled SteamVR because i play only DCS. My Session ended a few minutes ago. Crash into WMR before the Hind could start the Load World.

Nö. Das kann ich meinen linken Händen nicht antun. Das Teil kommt in die Vitrine. Das Händling des Schubreglers fand ich aber immer besser als das des Warthogs. Da lag alles passend unter den Fingern. Ich kann mich aber auch noch an den Preis damals erinnern. Gute 300 DM pro Einheit. Das war damals auch schon ein Ansage für einen Joystick. Gut das ich mir den Warthog geholt habe bevor Covid die Preise nach oben getrieben hat.

Ich habe beide zuhause liegen. Ich habe den Thrustmaster nachträglich angeschafft da mir das ganze Plastik des X-56 nicht wirklich gefallen hat. Er ist auf recht weich in der Steuerung wobei man sich beim Warthog aber auch Muskelkrämpfe holen kann. Die Drehachse vermisse ich aber bei Helikoptern etwas. Da bin ich dann in Versuchung den 56er zu benutzen. Was mir beim 56er gefallen hat ist das Drehrad auf der Throttleseite. Das konnte man immer sehr gut für die Zoomfunktion nutzen. Der Schieber am Warthog liegt mir nicht so. Von der Verarbeitung und vom Aufbau kann man die beiden aber nicht direkt vergleichen. Da war schon mein altes F-16 Thrustmaster System eine andere Hausnummer im Vergleich zum Rhino. Leider nicht mehr zu gebrauchen ausser ich baue einen Uraltrechner mit seriellen Anschlüssen wieder auf und zocke den guten alten Apache Longbow von Janes. Rainer

Should be fine. I would replace the HDD for a SATA SSD and sell the 16GB RAM Module and buy 2 x 8GB or 2 x16GB in Dualchannel. The NVME Drive is only good as a boot drive. Windows will fill it up in no time. Rainer

I'm using the Channel Map. Instant Mission Bf109 Bomber Intercept. Flashes at the start of the intercept. Tried the same mission with a F-18 instead of the 109. Same glitch. Rainer

Echt komisch. Meine Karte war damals niegelnagelneu und hat sofort funktioniert. Selbst bevor ich die freischalten konnte.

Ich hatte zwar nur per Mastercard bestellt, aber da gab es keine Probleme. Ich musste nur bei Modulen über 50 Dollar warten bis meine niegelnagelneue Karte für das Online bezahlen freigeschaltet wurde bzw. das ID Verfahren durchgeführt wurde. Vielleicht mal schauen ob es vielleicht an der Autorisierung liegt. Rainer

Saw it yesterday. Flying the BF109 Channel Bomber Intercept Mission with the Hornet. Strange Glitches and Flashes and the usual stuttering in this mission when the B17s are in View.

It's always the same. If you need it it will not show. Played the Dora Mission a few Times and all is well. I changed a few settings in NVIDIA and DCS. The lag in the BF109 Bomber intercept is not gone. The fps are all over the place.

Same for me. FW190D9 Instant Action Channel Map and BF109 Bomber Intercept. Still slow als Hell and laggy when the B17 Formation is in View. NVIDIA Setting on Factory Settings. Rainer

But it's the same Boom when they hit the ground? If so, it make no sense in the game. Only if the damage model for the carrier includes the ordnance.

Das wird es eher sein. Hatte ich bei meinem X56 und selbst beim Warthog so. Da waren nach Anschluss des neuen Schubreglers auch plötzlich in allen Maschinen zusätzlich die Achsen belegt. Löschen und fertig. Rainer

That's your point and the other one is mine. DCS has both. Sometimes all i want is a little flight and that in a limited amount of my time. Then it's time for a hot start. And another time it's really fun to jump in the MB-339 or F-5 and do a cold start. Got is? DCS is a Sim, a hardcore flight sim, but not everyone has a flightsuit at home. Be cool:smilewink: Rainer
