Hm... the OS mouse pointer is not visible anymore, that is positive... :thumbup: ...BUT... :smartass: ...the cockpit cursor doesn't become visible instantaneously on mouselook activation and sometimes I move the mouse arround like Ray Charles for ages until it shows in some corner which is a hell of a lot more annoying than just the OS pointer being visible... it's really irritating... :doh: And another thing... Wasn't mouse-scrollwheel zoom in cockpit working even if mouselook was in stop mode (RAlt+C)? Cause now it isn't... :cry: (Can someone with 1.2.0 up please confirm on this?)

I reverted to 11.6 Catalyst... I even play BF3 on it disregarding the fact BF3 warns me on start-up that the first recommended Catalyst for BF3 is 11.7... :doh: Can you believe that??!?! I mosly play this two games and one works fine on 11.6 and the other would like 11.7 and up... :lol: If I told someone, they wouldn't believe me, right? :D

My frames are back in the 30-40-ies instead of 20-30-ies now with version 6099... and the unpause stutter is shorter but still there... ...explosions still bring it down to 20 FPS... I put Textures & Scenes to High and Visibility Range to Medium, and replaced the High.lua with the less graphics heavy one from 1.2.0, and of course MaxFPS to 60 and Vsync to on... Now my GPU (HD6950 1GB) can breath at 94-99% usage with HDR and 4X AA on... CPU (i5 2500K 4,4Ghz) is at 18-25% usage... It's shaping nicelly!!! :thumbup: Well done ED!!! You must be busy little bees this days... :thumbsup:

Haha... you people stole a part of my life now... ..I ain't doing nothing but clicking on the frikkin "Update DCS World" thing... At least I'm off the "Send/Receive" mail button now... :D

My specs are: i5 2500K @ 4,4Ghz 16GB DD3 AMD HD 6950 1GB SSD read/write 280/270 MB/s I updated to 1.2.1.6055... I tested with MSI Afterburner for GPU usage and even if I put all settings to LOWEST possible and disable AA, TSAA, HDR, Heat Blur, Cockpit Shadows, Tree Shadows... ...the sim kills my GPU at 98-100% same like on maxxed out settings on which I usually played... ...so something must really be broken inside the rendering engine, not to mention the unbearable STUTTERING on unpause... :doh: Please, with sugar on top, fix this sim... cause it's the frikkin financial crysis and I will not afford a new graphics card so soon... :music_whistling: On the other hand, my CPU gets like 18% usage which is riduculuosly low... So, something is wrong... very wrong... :cry:

Love the new FFAR sound, and the "Finger of God" new ground impact effect!!! Smoke trails are interesting now... Don't really know if the SU-25T Vikhr targetting circle should slip left-right like that after launch but it's better that one then missiles going dumb into the ground... And, yes... the TGP Point mode doesn't stick to target as before, and the Maverick seeker doesn't jump to wrong nearby target when locked as before... Fix the FPS drop issue gentlemen, and we have a winner!!!:worthy:

Will anyone answer my original question?

I got it too last night... It integrated really fuss-free with all the Arma 2 stuff... Did I run to my pc this morning and hastiliy turned it on to put my ass back in the Hind cockpit...? Nope... I just continued installing a notebook... but now, when I rethink it, I'm going to do it... ...maybe try to get the ACE mod working with it, cause the first thing last night was searching for some increased realism settings, when I put all to Expert, it was somehow the same thing... Time will tell, but for the price it's a great acquisition and I'm really looking forward to flying the littlebirds...

But I am... a long time now... :thumbup:
