Been banging my head arround this one the last few days too... ...doesn't seem to work... Shkval on SU-25T isn't LMFCD nor RMFCD... :cry:

So... me & my wingman, we were the Angels last night... Really great atmosphere up there... ...but there is this one little thingeye, we passed south of the two armour groups, pulling towards the sea, then going north and somehow we got to the Dagger area before even knowing they were down... And that made us receive instructions from Dagger even before command told use they were down... I suppose there should be a flag that lets Dagger contact you only after you received the CSAR task from command... Really enjoyed the mission... although we really had a hard time spotting the flare (how many times can the flare be popped?)... AAR: The bastards punched through my left engine, but I couldn't leave Dagger... A wounded animal bites the most... We wreaked havoc on the engaging armor... my girl didn't let me down, even on one engine, she made me spray some CBU-105 and depleted uranium on them evil souls... But the way home was the interesting part... I pulled out of the AO watching the fuel slip away, hoping to reach homeplate... My feet were almost touching the runway... but she wouldn't land... Aborted the approach, turned for another go... and then realized my gear would not go up... on one engine I was damned... She choked on me like 200m in the left turn from the runway... Was it fuel or battle dammage, I don't know... It was darkness, fear and a lot of "No no nooooo!". I clutched to the cockpit the hardest I could, and did she bounce me arround... like we never were lovers... but I knew, we were still One... Silence, pain... throught the faint lights I see the grass... turn my goggles on... My Angel lost her wings, but kept my soul... we were still One... In the distance, I could see the runway lights... the long walk awaits me...

Unfortunately, Freetrack works over a third party headtracker.dll and does not have in-game support under options/controls... :(

Server.lua/View.lua: CameraAngleRestriction[su_25T] = {0,90,0.5} What do these values mean, in order of appearance? The defaults are {1,60,0.4}...

Why do the Vikhrs then fail sometime? Bad target acquire? :huh:

Does anyone else get this? How can it be fixed? I usually look in the mirror when fixing my haircut before some Vodka/Vikhrs party time, don't need a mirror on my backseat, don't wanna see my scared face when glimpsing for MANPADs... :D

Uf... just read all 15 pages of this thread... can't really say I learned anything... except that maybe Vikhrs automatically turn laser on... that I'll try... This caught my eye... Please don't make simulated Libya conflicts... Flew so many sorties in F-19 Stealth Fighter against Benghazi, Ras Lanuf and Tripoli that I would probably puke if someone showed me a briefing map with a "rebel camp" target for "fuel-air" bombs... :D

For newcomers, so they would not have to dig through all the forum threads... Here is a gathering of mods and patches for DCS World 1.2.0 that I use & reccomend: DCS World 1.2.0 Mods & Patches The lot is for Combined Arms, Warthog and SU-25T mostly as I don't own Mustang or Black Shark... It's on my Google Docs... hope everyone can reach it... :thumbup: Just choose File/Download after clicking on particular mod/patch...

Yup... just crossed over this today... it'll be a blast... but there will still be the "I can't see my keyboard" problem for sims and the like...

Now you're talking... the GTX 680 part explains it well my friend... cause my settings are also "nearly maxed out" but my HD6950 doesn't squeeze that much framerate... :thumbup:

Is there any way to slew the Shkval in SU-25T to the diamond on HUD, something like China Hat Forward Long in A-10C, so to be able to quickly track the designated target area (i guess, designated by laser from ground troops)?

My Amiga 1200 is still set up in my kitchen, hooked on old CRT TV, analogue joystick and A-10 Tank Killer 1.5 with all three theaters ticking hapilly on it... and A-10 Cuba! is set up on my PC in Virtual Box, these sims are legendary!!! I still fly them cause their fast paced gameplay is still no match for any of todays sims... (of course, disregarding our beloved study sim)...

We flew RedCrossMassacre last night... we vaporized the first two barricades pointed by JTAC but unfortunatelly the convoy didn't move on and Playboy didn't give us any new targets...
