So just an FYI for everyone about the mission 2 bug on the Basic mission... Although the instructor ejects and his aircraft blows up, it does not affect you completing the mission. You can still fly and complete the mission and communicate with the instructor.

Alt plus y cycles the coordinate format

I run Syria on VR moderate to high specs. When not in VR I run 1440 almost maxed out at over 80fps. Must just be a conflict in some systems.

The problem with #2 ejecting on the A10C2 take off/efato mission seems to be with another A10 spawning in a point that it clips #2's A10.... Im sure yall have noticed this and are on it, just noting my experience. Thanks for all the great content, I have a lot of fun on these campaigns!

You can delete or move the folders for those mods and it will go away. Are you on STEAM?

Does the JTAC ever tell you you are cleared hot? If not make sure you dont have another step on the communication menu.

So all campains are now on steam, but they do not show up on the dcs store page under DLC. You have to search for them directly in the search bar.

I have seen this, but it was a while back, like months ago. Also in VR. It seemed like it was near the end of a map and I thought it had something to do with that maybe, but I guess not.

You can purchase the aforementioned campaigns in Steam now, but they dont show up in the DLC list on the DCS store page. Search for them directly and the will pop up. It may be common knowledge, but I didnt know and just happened across them. I didnt see the other compaigns yet.

I received the update on STEAM but the campaigns mentioned in the notes are nowhere to be found. Is there an ETA on when STEAM users will receive them? EDIT: I thought they were just added, didnt realize they were for sale...

I am also on steam and cannot find any of the campaigns. When they added the F14 campaigns most recently I got them at the same time.

Which modules? You may need to be on open beta.

I think having downtimes, and travel time add to the immersion. I enjoy DCS not simply for the action, which is great, but for the simulation. I believe the criticism against these things are just people who either miss the point, or are not into that sort of thing. As for the poor translations in this or other DCS campaigns, while they may indicate a lack of polish, it also shows the breadth of diversity in the community. Im an American, and a veteran of the US Air Force, but I quite enjoy playing campaigns as a foreign military pilot, created by foreign developers. In short I'm saying while not without it's flaws, I love this and other content in DCS and the platform in general. Please keep up the good work!

Should be no spaces Between the ( and the ' and the name. so ('TaylorMFD1') instead of ( ' TaylorMFD1 ' ). At least thats how mine are and they are working. However Im not that proficient at luas, so not sure if im right that it has to be that way.

Been awhile since Ive messed with this, but did you make sure the name of the file and the title in the code match?

I just purchased the kneeboard license, However when I use it the only pages I can cycle are the first and last. If I say Anvil, or Crystal Palace it just closes the kneeboard. I have updated keywords and I am just not sure what else to do.

If you can see the screen on your monitor, and navigate to settings menu, you can disable vr from the menu. I had to this once. I had to move the headset by hand to change the perspective on the monitor.

I just go to snowplow, TMS up, then I can slew again as spi, even after being locked to the steerpoint.

I've used Capt Zeens files as templates, modivied both the monitor setup luas and the init files for mfds but I still have transparent screens when exporting them or overlaying on first monitor. I realize there are other threads on this, but Ive not found where the fix for this has been mentioned... and help would be greatly appreciated!!

So, of course now I feel like an idiot, but I found the appropriate setting... I looked and looked and I could swear it want there..

Never flown a plane IRL, but I've jumped out of a few. The first time I went to the edge to go, I was surprised the height caused less anxiety than cleaning the roof of my house as a kid. I guess something about perception of danger affects our perception of height? I dont know, but I always found it interesting

Greetings! I have been interested in using a second monitor for MFDs and I have seen a lot of forum posts on the subject, but I still have at least one question unanswered. In the Monitorsetup folder I see Luas with various preset configurations, but with none of the pertinent filled in, like templates or something. How do I designate a file to be used for my monitor configuration? There is no Monitor setting in the settings menu anymore as I saw in old posts (at least not in my instance). Is there a broader configuration file to modify to allow this setting, or to directly point to file I need to use? Sorry for the length of the post, Im just at a loss and I'm sure I'm missing something simple.
