Hello, I tried this windows update blocker, but as soon as I disable the updates, my WMR stop working. Each time I open it, it closes itself directly. If I activate again the updates, it works again..

Parce que j'ai quand meme 64 Go de Ram DDR5, j'ai pas fait gaf à combien j'étais monté à la fin de ma mission longue, mais j'ai jamais vu il me semble DCS consommer plus de 40 giga de ram sur les 64, tu crois vraiment qu'il y aurait un intéret à faire libérer la ram ?

Merci pour ta réponse, j'ai déjà diminué pas mal de paramètres dans cette section, sans réussir à régler le souci. Pour tout te dire à force de baisser des paramètres par ci par là, j'ai tellement optimisé que désormais quand tout va bien (et que je ne regarde pas le sol sur caucase), je peux monter à 80 voire 90 fps. Par contre, très très régulièrement, je chute toujours à 25-30 fps en regardant le sol. De temps en temps ça tourne bien, mais au bout de quelques minutes ça finit toujours par se produire. Le F4 semble plus sensible que le F18 par exemple, mais j'ai déjà eu le souci sur les deux. Récemment j'ai fait une longue mission (2-3 h sur Persian Golf), je n'ai pas eu à un seul moment de telles chutes de fps, toutefois, au fur et à mesure de la mission, mes FPS ont régulièrement baissé, j'ai effectué la 1ère moitié de mission à 85-90 fps, et au retour, je plafonnais à 55-60 fps (ce qui restait très suffisant en VR, mais j'ai perdu). C'est comme si de la mémoire se saturait au fur et à mesure ?! Bien sur je joue en MT.

No mod. Do you have an idea of what Can cause that ? I have already make exceptions in my antimalware. Do you think if it Can be options in the bios ? People always say to disable hyperthreading ?? Maybe cpu fréquence, but I never touch it. Maybe try with MSI afterburner ? I have never overclocked too. Last bios update did on december 2023, which resolved recent DCS crashs, but not these performances issues

I have the same problem, but I dont play in VR, I use a track ir and a screen. Sometimes (not each time), after using the F10 map, when I press F1 I have a black screen during sometimes 10-20-30 seconds... If I am not with autopilot on, my planes is crashed on the ground when the screen come back. I have only this problem with the MT, and it appears on any server, like our private dedicated server with only a few players. I have a RTX 3080, 64 gb ddr5 RAM, i712700KF.

Exactly the same problems, but only with the Mi24 :/

Yes it can sometimes work again with Positive G (like i said in my first message), but you can test, the more often, the WEP never come back. Make a few dives or dogfight maneuvers (without using WEP, or with WEP), et after all theses maneuvers (or a long NAV as well), if you try to use WEP, it will be unfunctionnal. I really would like to understand if there is a logic ou realistic reason, or if it is juste another DCS Bug, this module is not finished... I am surprised to see that a very few people are talking about this probleme, which is a big handicap for the Jug in combat. Thank you for your answer SmirkingGerbil.

If you dive (negatives G) when the WEP is loocked, it will be disengaged as well...

Hi, I have the same problemes with P47 WEP. I noticed that the problem appears if I put some negatives G to the plane. If the WEP is running, I push the joystick, WEP stop running. If I pull back the joystick, WEP sometimes comes back. But very often, it doesn't come back. And if if you put negatives G without using the WEP, it is the same problem, the next time you will try to start WEP, it will not operate... Is it a known bug ? Or a realistic particularity ??
