Yeah, I figured it out. When I applied the gun elevation mod, the F-86 goes away. Very strange. Anyway, probably don't even need it in the beta. But, mystery solved. Thanks for your interest pal.

Thanks. All mods disabled via OVGME prior to update. Maybe OVGME doesn't work so well? Or, not setup properly? Seems to be working though.

Wow. I just updated to latest of open beta. I been flying the F-86 and I loaded up a mission and found myself sitting in the A-10 pit. Huh. So, I fire up the mission editor and try to put in the F-86 as "type". It's not listed in the drop down window. ????? The F-86 icon is lit bottom of opening screen and module manager says it's installed. What the heck? Help?

You're right Dutch. It's all relative. The prices you mention are about what I was hoping for. If it's more than $2000, I'd have to pass. I wouldn't expect it to be cheap though.

Hey PB. I updated my Indo-Pak Sabre 71 campaign. Basically, I just dl'd new one and copied the tech folder into saved games. Also, the stuff that goes in the ovgme. I notice I don't have EWR now, even though the briefing says I do. Also, all the radio freqs are the same. Only flown two missions but just wondering if I screwed up the upgrade. Campaign sure is fun but I'm sure getting spanked and sent to bed without supper by those Mig21s and their missiles. Thanks.

Hmmmmm, interesting. So should the "user curve" box be checked or no? How do you tell at what percent your throttle is when it hits the AB detent? Device analyzer? -
Man, that site sure doesn't give you much info. Pits look great though. Just wonder if it's worth the effort in this VR age.

Cool vid PB0. What happened to your landing? Something hit you? Looks like fun. I'm flying the India-Pak Sabre. Glad the mig21s don't seem to be inclined to shoot their missiles much. Hey, speaking of which, what happens when you win the campaign? I just destroyed 100% of Sochi and the mission generator didn't seem to want to generate a new mission. Did I win?

Well, dang. Trying to add the Mig21 to CTS. When I try to load the profile "on the fly" I get this error. (See attach, last line). ??? I got it checked as a module I own in CTS. Darn. Thanks. Ok, searched the thread. You have a hot fix for this? Great. Shoulda done that first I guess. Question--you say latest update is not for stable version. How can I upgrade and get the Mig syntax fix and still be able to play stable version. Thanks. I figured it out. Works now. Thanks.

Hey bud. I will get those screenshots to you soon. I really think the campaign is installed correctly. My "First Mission bat" works, no errors. I've been experimenting and I noticed that if I fire up the campaign, start the mission and just sit in the pit for like...less than 30 seconds, then when I hit Escape, it works! I get the stats window, the next mission dos type window and the proper DCS window. I can generate the next mission then hit "End Mission" and everything good. If I am in the mission more than about 30 seconds....then, splash screen and can't quit DCS but by task manager. Stats window and next mission windows appear but have to alt-tab to them. Nothing saves because can't quit DCS properly. Also, I saw there might be a full screen issue. I hit alt-enter in mission and that seems to help. Everything normal one time, then, another time, instead of the splash screen, the cockpit view just froze. Got stats window and next mission but DCS frozen in cockpit view and task manager end. Thinks just something wonky with my rig. Vid driver or something. Strange that the campaign seemed to work with your original dl. Ran into that freq. glitch but it seemed to work. Anyway, thanks for the help. Pretty neat campaign. Hope I can get it to work.

Yes, works fine with other missions. Playing "Hunters Over Yalu" campaign. Works great. Course, not quite the same thing. Just wondering if I edited the *.bat files correctly and if not, could that mess things up. You just supposed to edit the file so it's the correct path to your main DCS folder, correct? Frustrating. Sure love to get it to work. Thanks.

OK PB0. Did that but did NOT use "firstmission.bat". I'm using stable release as you said. I'll try that. Strange that worked for couple missions using old "Init" folder, then....problem. Something wrong there. I should compare files but am not a coder. ??? Hey, I can find no .PDF file in the campaign dl. There is a .txt file but no pdf. Anyway, followed all instructions carefully. Worked with old Init folder....until second mission but new install....nada. Thanks.
