Not sure if this has been reported before but I am constantly having the issue of the Lantirn commands not being available in the Jester menu. When I initially equip the Lantirn pod and GBU's the commands show up in the menu and I can use all GBU's. However, when I command Jester to switch to TCS instead of Lantirn I'm not able to change the selection back from TCS to Lantirn. I can activate the Lantirn pod manually by switching to the backseat and set it up myself but once I go back to the pilot seat, Jester switches immediately back to TCS and I don't have the option of selecting Lantirn.

I can highly recommend getting a Buttkicker! It won’t shake the stick but the seat, which is more realistic anyway.

Great episode! Especially enjoyed the dog fight comparison between the F14D, F15, F16 and F18. Sounds like the F14D was doing extremely well as long as the fight was below 20k ft and that the Eagle would have a very hard time dog fighting at low altitude. Also great was the story about the Super Hornet being left in the dust by a KC10 tanker (timestamp 1:01:30)...

I can't lock helicopters with the F18 radar. Locking on to helis works fine for me in the Tomcat but the F18 radar does not seem to detect them...

I went from a CV1 to the G2 last year and it's not even comparable. I always hated using the CV1 mainly because I couldn't really read the instruments, in the G2 this is not an issue at all. DCS in the G2 is an absolute pleasure even though I do hope for some improvements to the DCS engine in 2022 so the CPU utilization can be improved.

I'm considering upgrading my 10700k to a 12900k but would appreciate if anyone here that already has this CPU could let me know the impact on DCS VR that they have experienced... Thanks in advance for any replies...

I really don't understand how those Tomcast episodes on YouTube only getting so few views. Usually everything F14 related is very popular and the Tomcast episodes offer incredible insight into the F14, yet barely anyone watches them. Sure hope that the numbers for the audio podcast are much better because they definitely deserve it!

After the most recent patch I'm not able to bind the F14 air brake to my HOTAS. It shows a red exclamation mark in the menu even though there are no conflicts and when I try to deploy the air brake in game, it doesn't do anything. Anybody else have this issue?
