Hey by any chance did you find any information on the Zhuk-8 radar itself? Might be useful down the road. -

The KA-50 is a very low production run aircraft and almost all the individual aircraft are quite unique. -
https://mil.sina.cn/sd/2018-08-17/detail-ihhvciiw3477372.d.html?from=wap The metal mock up with a J-10s model behind it. Does it still exist? Where is it?

Their are a number of prototypes or very low production run aircraft in game, that line in the sand is long passed. -
A prop su-25? Yesh

Oh cool! Sorry they stole your stuff though, that sucks. anyway two things I’m excited about ive really wanted PL-11 and PL-8 for a long time apg-66 is extremely well documented, I posted a ton on the first page and I’m sure Deka has a lot. We have the potential for an extremely realistic radar simulation. -

Hey Uboats, are other AI aircraft previously announced for the asset pack still on the table? With the J-8F, J-10a, and J-15 it’s quite robust. -

You guys think it would be worth it to make a basic EFM?

Hey what radar was the 1991 version gunna use and what version did the A use. I had a buisness idea today.

Would it be possible to add AIM-7 to the AI F-16 MLU. Taiwan’s MLU aircraft carried AIM-7 and that has new relevance as of today.

plenty of Chinese aircraft of this time frame use export components. The later J-7 uses an imported HUD. Different J-8 use a mix and match of various avonics, most of them use Italian and Israeli missiles. Their is little benefit debating purity. -

Isn’t J-8II the name of all J-8 with the side intakes? So PP and F are both J-8II? But it can be reduced to existing or not. J-8PP module is compatible with reality and other J-8 are not. I’m simply pointing out no one will be missing some of the more notable features of the J-8 nor does it do anything that the others don’t. -
Su-30MKK Full fid or FC3 version?
F-2 replied to TaxDollarsAtWork's topic in Deka Ironwork Simulations
Give it time, they have some documentation, they’re interested in perusing the project if they get more, it exists in a partially complete state. It has a realistic chance of being a future module. -

sure it does it’s part of the game and we are talking about the game, the Ka-50 is similar. It’s been years since these things have been in the game. It’s either non mainstream but still fairly representative or nothing. I really don’t think anyone has any basis to complain nothing new is going on here. A peace pearl J-8 still fires the same missiles as a J-8F, has similar flight characteristics, and is in the Salish class radar range wise. -
F-15 was qualified to carry the AIM-7P but I didn’t think the Air Force ever bought it.

Didn’t they only build three Su-25T that we have? Seems fine, the airframe was mass produced and the later versions had similar radar capabilities. -
Paralay has a partially complete CAD model of the production Mig 1.42. He said he would let me know if he gets the rest. I would like to make an AI asset and make a campaign for the Eurofighter when it releases.

I think they or someone visited the surviving peace pearl aircraft a few years back. I would take it this that getting info on retired Chinese avonics is difficult and they went with PP because of that. -

I think it should be taken domestic Chinese avonics are unlikely. very exciting! Pl-11 is what I need. Deka would you like some public documentation on APG-66 that I have? https://apps.dtic.mil/sti/pdfs/ADA142075.pdf https://www.scribd.com/document/429057021/F-16-Pulse-Doppler-Radar-AN-APG-66-Performance-1983 this is perfect for my 90s early 2000s East Asian scenarios!
