I want to set my new controls to be as common as possible on my nee hotas setup. I haven’t flown the hornet but I plan to. I’m still a newb currently working on the 16 but my son just got the hornet. I want the controls to be as close as possible so we can use as close to the same layout as possible and I can help him learn and vise versa.

Is it possible to bind buttons that will control the osb buttons on whichever screws is soi so u wouldn’t have to map separate buttons for each screen?

That’s really why I want to buy it from someone who is/has fome it for themselves. They’ll know more about it amd they’ll also probably have some of the ball plungers I can buy with it.

Want to make joystick gremlin profiles and want a full list of all the controls for the f-16 and f-18. I think that would really help a struggling newb learning his first high fidelity module.

I ordered a cm2 and would love to have detents. I seen that there are people who have made them for theirs but I don’t have a 3D printer. anybody around here willing to sell me a set or point me to someone who does/will?

Which ones don’t work? I just ordered one off ebay.(cm2) and didn’t know anything about that part.

All of a sudden it started showing up when I changed coalitions

I have a practice mission for bvr but it’s on the caucuses map. I want to put it on the marianas map and don’t know if you can change terrains on an existing mission so I’m trying to create another one on the M-terrain and when I do, I don’t have access to the aim 9x in payload. it’s there on my original mission on the caucuses but not in any new mission I make. anybody know why?

Have u tried disabling multi threading? I don’t know about Intel but on amd, it makes dcs use all cores pretty much evenly instead of just 2 cores. Makes it much easier for the cpu to run the game. I’m running a 2700x with a 2080 super and my gpu stays between 98-100% and my cpu stays between 40-60% on all cores. I have a rift s and a quest 2.

The higher the resolution, the less important the cpu will be. VR is very high resolution. You will be completely gpu bound just as everyone is with 4K. My 2080 super is the bottleneck and I’m running a ryzen 2700x. The cpu stays around 40-50% and the temps never gets over 44 degrees. also idk about intel but on ryzen, with “smt”(hyper threading) enabled, dcs only uses 2 cores/threads but with it disabled, it’s spreads pretty evenly across all 8 cores which is why the cpu% stays so low. None of my cores average over 55%. They’re all between 35-50 generally in vr. now at 1080p, the whole thing flip flops and I’m cpu bound
