Actually in an earlier post someone did (post 12 for one), and I can promise we wouldn't be grounded. I love when people who have never served think they know exactly what would happen in a conflict. Conflict with russia or China would have hug losses for all aircraft. The expected loss rate of the A-10 was always high, nature of the beast.

Comparing A-10 operations and tactics over Syria and iraq the last couple years to how it would be used against China or Russia is pointless. Two completely different operations. I can tell you our pilots do a lot more low altitude training than high altitude flying in a circle looking through the straw that is the TGP.

I can take pictures of what our current flightline expediter trucks look like as well as the tow bar and Coleman. I'd also like to see a jammer with an open mav casket to simulate loading operations.

Probably because suite 7 introduced HMCS and removed the pave penny. Other that that most wouldn't know what suite 8 introduced.

Where did you get this info because it isn't correect. The AIM-9X isn't carried by the A-10 and all A-10Cs have HMCS (not JHMQS).

This type of failure, to this extreme, is very rare.

Suite 8. I'm the minority but I would happily pay and upgrade fee to get a suite 7 with HMCS but that ain't gonna happen.

You must have been doing something wrong on start-up because that shouldn't have happened and the real A-10 crew chief part of my died a little reading how you started #2. :pilotfly:

Not one pilot I have talked to in the real 76 or 75th has ever said anything about wing drop.

Place into your saved games folder and all works fine. The instructions will be updated with the next version I'm sure.

It works. You just have to install in your saved games folder now.

Have no idea what you're on about, station 3 is the sniper pod the original post made mention that a litening pod was on 9, which it is not.

Illumination flares are described in the DCS A-10C manual.

Station 9 in that video isn't a TGP it's an illumination flare pod. And we haven't carried sniper pods at Moody in over 6 years even with suites 7 through 8. Although that video was uploaded in Sept 2016 it's an old video, we haven't gone to afghanistan in many years. That A-10 is likely suite 5. So not that much newer than what we have in DcS.
