  1. Just building a mission, and Ive followed a few guides, but still unable to get my mission to say 100% in the results section. I set my units so if you destroy each of the groups you get 10 points each, and set up a trigger attached it to the event of "mission end", and once you get player score over 100 (all the units add to 101) it triggers mission end. I then played the mission, killed all targets, score was (somehow) over 250 and returned to base but only got 60% in the results. There doesn't seem to be any clear way to set results that im aware of, and very little vids online about scoring in the ME, any helps appriciated
  2. Not sure if its meant to work like this, but in the current build, you dont have to designate anywhere if CDES is boxed, CDES is Constant designation, so it is always redesignating. In the practice mission i made, all 4 moving targets, i just box CDES, with PTRK, and tap auto aqq. press once, if it doesnt grab first try, dont press again (i think this is how it changes back to area track), just move near the target with tdc slew, and make sure your polaritys correct (obviously the bigger the contrast between target an background will hold better track). I set up a practice mission, and ive been able to get the point tracks everytime, a few things i found helped were, you actually dont have to designate at all with TDC press, if your using CDES boxed, just box CDES, change to point track and press auto aq. press and it should latch on. It seems when it latches on, next to point track, it says OTRK (open track?) thats how you know its good. ive have way more luck changing to black hot (i think), the one where the vehicles go black, as the pod seems to grab the darker point better, honestly i dont think ive done one with white hot yet!! but this may be relative to the part of map i was on? and try give yourself 6-7 mile turn arounds at least so you get nice straight run in, as the laterin doesnt ground stab. very well and a little bump makes it unlatch, my 2c anyways, hopefully it helps someone
  4. i think designate tells the computer where u plan to drop the dumb bomb part, and generates the cues etc, then the laser fine tunes it on the way down. i had better success last night switching to black hot, the "auto acquisition press" seems to latch on better, of course that maybe background dependent. once it was latched all gbus hit the target ok. Setting designation isnt all that important with CDES boxed (needed for point tracks) as the name suggests, its constantly re-designates anyway. It seems to have a habit of slipping back into area track, and then the latching doesn't work either, so if its not grabbing check that. i reduced the wind in my practice mission too, as i think that needs some tuning in updates, it is after all EA

So i built this quick mission to practice point tracks and gbus, and the load out is a gbu 12 on the centreline, then 4 on each tank, and ive been dropping the centre line one first, but then when i switch to the tank mounted gbus, even though its set to auto/ 1/sta/ n/t, and only one station is boxed at the top, when i pickle, 2 or 3 bombs come off at once. Gotta say, after setting up a specific training mission for this, the point track is pretty useless atm. im pressing "acquisition press" 20 times, even then its potluck whether it latches on or not. i really hope this gets addressed, sooner rather than later... ive been caught out by it switching back to area too... surely thats gotta be a bug... gbus really cant cope with much wind either atm
  9. anyone with this problem, i think i found the issue, i wasnt using Auto Acquisition Press, to get the TPOD to latch onto the tgt, i was just trying tdc press, thinking it would grab to tgt, yet to test it myself, but was most likely my issue. Couldnt find anything in the manual though, was a from a reapers vid... i think not being able to engage CDES maybe a bug though

While working through one of sedlo's amazing missions, it requires a GBU point track on 2 trucks, firstly, it wont let me box CDES, which is my understanding is required for moving targets, and this has happened a few times, resetting mission sometimes fixes, but in none of the missions ive tried, not one occasion have i been able to get an active point track to grab a moving target, does it even work atm? or am i missing something.. simple undoubtedly..

Since using flightsim.to for msfs, ive found theres some pretty easy additions that could be made to the User Files section to make it much more user friendly, and also allow users to track updates better and thus have a smoother overall experience. Would love to see the following:- -Ability to subscribe/follow files and/or creators -Receive notifications when a new version is available -Receive notifications when another user replies to a comment you've left, instead of manually having to check back, which is not only more user friendly but also helps strengthen the community -The ability to donate to creators, which may motivate creators to make more content, and also be compensated for their time I think this would make a huge difference to the overall user experience, and ultimately help people engage with others in the community

    I wonder if the Mach speed is out of calibration? as i was at angels 20, also mil cruise, and hud said M1.013 (or something like that), but when i went to fly by, i didnt get the sonic boom, and external view from the front i could still hear the engines. Also that was with stores, in the included mission where you need to find a business jet "stranded ship"

  15. I had the same thing in the Artificial Reef mission, even when the laser was firing the bomb didnt track, just went full retard... you NEVER go full retard !!
  16. You sure you dont have any mods conflicting? cuz i was waiting for a fix on this mission, so tried it straight after the update and worked fine, as scripted, got 100% ?!!
  17. i was getting weird things happen to me in mission 1, while using multithread, its a very complex mission from a builders perspective, and was built before MT, maybe try standard, see if it fixes it?

I havent been in the F14 in a while, as ive been working through other campaigns, and i use it in A/G even less, so im most likely missing something simple, but after not being able to release in mission 3 of cage the bear, i created a test mission, and was getting same issue. Ive also checked chucks guides and i perform everything in the list (using jester), but when ever i run in, and line up the target and use "Store Release" it doesnt come off the jet. Just some basics, im in A/G, Master Arm on, in Bomb mode, weapon selector (on the stick) is off, mk84s selected (jester), Stations 3,4,5,6 selected (jester), Nose fuze, tried both single and pairs and im using CCIP, with dive of 30-40 degrees, i tried press and hold, as well as press and release, but nothing seems to work?! i know its probably something simple, so ive attached a track, if anyone can workout what the hell is going on, its drivin me nutz!! f14 wont release.trk
  20. Is this still the case? as i removed my chocks immediately, but when he spread his wings, it snapped my landing gear, had to quit. Back at launch (of campaign) it would touch but didnt cause damage, this is first time ive seen it break my plane edit: workaround is, if you start your jet & alignment quick enough you can move forward to the right before he spreads his wings, still slightly damaged his jet, but could play mission
  21. ok, so just got through the mission, by playing in Single thread (tried another time in MT and boats tacan didnt work, i assume this campaign is too complex for MT atm), the needles still didnt work till i was 5nm behind boat, and with the radios, she says switch approach (4), but approach doesnt work, so had to switch to approach 2 (ch.5, not sure if scripted this way?) and got the WO & Divert
