  1. might be a bug atm, cuz i had a similar thing in dominant fury, rather than jumping to the next part, it went to the finish mission screen and when i try clicking "end mission" nothing happens
  2. i had similar thing, couple times for memory, but how far from him were you? i found if i wasnt formed on him (i was a bit higher looking down on him when didnt work) by the time the other hornet takes over it didnt seem to work, although i didnt really test it much as wasnt game breaking. The correct way, you form on him then i think cag takes over and follows him to divert, you get cleared rtb and then they discuss BDA on way back, never got a switch marshall anytime so not sure if thats meant to be part that didnt work either?
  3. Yep, just go and land, although you cant score higher than 60, even if you hit the targets. theres a similar thing in M12 too, but unfortunately even landing on carrier doesnt progress, so to continue you need to skip this mission (until the fix comes)
  4. yeh i didnt see how that app on my phone would crash it, maybe i just got lucky the time it worked. Something weird with DCS triggers atm, latest build seems even more unstable
  5. Yep im experiencing the same, i have windows auto tuning enabled already, reset modem, stuck at 200-400kb/s as soon as i say that, jumps upto to 6.7MB/s maybe just servers loaded?
  6. So im playing through Dominant Fury & Cerberus North mostly at the moment, and im seeing a lot of broken voice triggers and AI triggers doing weird things. The individual creators are trying to correct their campaigns but i think it may be a DCS issue with triggers in general atm. it is intermittent which is difficult, but it is happening quite often, at least 1 per mission, where voice overs are firing way to late, and when they do, they "Stack" on one another, speaking all at once or AI not doing their assigned tasks. Such as M14 in RODF, the chopper had already picked up a downed pilot, we're leaving the area and i got about 10 call outs from the pilot all at once, overlapping the actual voices of the mission point i was at. another example is the AI arent taking out sams as they should either, ive already finished OCN (so i know how they play out) and in Mission10 pt 2, i take out first target then additional targeting north but im being shot at by SA10, in an area when theres meant to be EW support and sead).in RODF M13, the sead takes out two SA6, but prob 4 times they didnt, and im also seeing these late voice triggers in several campaigns. Theres a common issue in RODF M06 where wingman doesnt goto WP1 (several threads about it) and he stays on BRC off the cat, but again, not following his triggers is there anyway to test the accuracy of triggers in general? Im on openbeta latest
  7. So i removed the files for the DCS UFC app and the mission allowed me to finish, but i think there maybe something else going on, not just this campaign either. There seems to be A LOT of broken triggers, in all the campaigns atm. This mission alone, ive had several times AI dont get the SA6, one time the F14 just launched, ive had so many voices either not triggering at all, or even triggering late, the "switch blade" convo at the start fires at the same time as role call, this last time i pulled up on the damaged plane and got no more voices, but other times i report bda etc. might be something worth bringing up with ED cuz you ccampaign makers are just chasing your tails otherwise (such as blade mission).
  8. Not really, i did get the DCS UFC app recently, although i wasnt using it at the time of the freeze, i also have the civilian/military aircraft mods. Will remove the UFC stuff see if it changes, an report back

So ive completed the combat part of this mission a couple times now, but as i RTB i get no "switch marshal calls" or anything, basically the report status is the last comm, then within 50 i just switch to marshall and use standard radios, but both times the whole game freezes up. i never get it anywhere else in the game, only this mission at that point. I also noticed the scoring wasnt accurate, when i reported he said i got 2 migs and a brushback, but i killed the 2 migs (didnt hit space for wingman), the high hitter and 2 brushbacks myself, i understand this is probably a DCS issue but just thought id report it anyway

So im doing a campaign with AA and IR threats and im trying to drop rockeyes in auto and nearly everytime, in point or area track the bombs are highly inaccurate, but nearly always fall short when dropping from level flight. im dropping relatively high (A15-18 to avoid manpads). Due to constant misses (theres a huge transit in too!), i set up this training mission to play around with the best settings, and with all the different fusing heights, it always drops short in auto, level drop. diving does help a bit with accuracy (but still misses a fair bit), but it should work level too i think. i also tried changing the HSI to GPS mode, as i seen a vid saying this was a bug effecting ccip, but it didnt correct the issue. rockeye bug.trk rockeye test.miz
  11. the initial vector is essentially to WP1, then knight will send you looking after (249 or something for memory)... theres definitely a bear out there to try and send you off the trail and take up time haha i just box WP1 and set a course line to what ever the rock calls are, then you know roughly bearing & distance from rock to be looking on HSI
  12. Have you tested the units in other sims/windows controller settings? Does logitech have any required drivers? Theres multiple ways to set throttle too, so either in button controls for throttle up/down, or under axis controls menu (dropdown box at the top) as the thrust axis. then if you goto tune axis, sometimes things in there can be inverted etc so try flicking few of those switches?! ... trust me, once you do get it sorted, you will become addicted like the rest of us haha
  13. Hmm, will try again, as i done all those, maybe i rolled forward/undone the park brake before clearance responded or something silly like that, im DETERMINED to get 90+ in this campaign!! haha ... come to think i did equip nvg too, to get off his wing, before realizing thats not even graded
  14. i also noticed when departing 23 (all missions), the departure menu doesnt become available until about 6.5-7 miles from the tacan, could this be causing the failure?
  15. You can disable wake turbulance and it works ok, except for this CPL HDG thing when theres other flights
  16. Theres more to the mission, you need to divert, as briefing says "LSO is God!" i think A/A tacan doesnt work atm, just leave it on standard tacan with the same number and it shows.

  19. Have you tried cat 2, wait for him to hook up (and his marshal goes to the side), then launch and as soon as your A2.5, turn RIGHT to wp1. (others reported start as quick as possible, but i just done my standard start)?. when i follow all these steps he follows me, after doing his 7mi departure

Im pretty used to the spins now, and i do everything correctly (request start/taxi/takeoff, climb 1300 RDRALT on 230, as soon as menu comes up contact departure, turn 234, when handed off, turn WP1, avoid restricted zone that end), but still only get 85 final score. on my first play through i got a low score too and i thought maybe i wasnt close enough to poodle, but was off his wing after join, even tanked at the end. According to the card i mustn't be passing departure correctly, unless the scorings not working properly? Is there any way to test it, or check the triggers?
  21. Do you turn left or right to WP1? Best bet for me is CAT2, wait till hes hooked in and his marshall goes to the side, then Right turn to wp1 as soon as your A2.5

So im working back through getting 100's, till M12 is a go, and i did get the full burner thing even launching from CAT2 one time, but i also didnt wait for him to hook up that time, but all the next ones worked (3 times i think), once he was hooked in, then as soon as i was A2.5, turn RIGHT for WP1, but yeh something very odd going on with it, not consistent at all. i also noticed when he flys his 7 miles and turns to WP1, he does do that in AB, so not sure if the boys are letting him go long enough, but he does get stuck on brc too, just worth mentioning

  24. Was not the case for me, the hornet livs didnt work just going into Liveries, i had to put the FA-18C_Hornet/*all diff livs* into savegame/Liveries. If i put them all in the Liveries/FA-18C it didnt work either Cheers @baltic_dragon, glad i wasnt going crazy in Mission 12.... AAAAND, now we wait !!
  25. Just wondering is there a score card for Persian freedom, like the one for Cerberus North? Ive played this one several times through now (gotta say your campaigns are probably my fav of all the campaigns) and i either get 100 or 70, and im not sure what im missing in the 70 ones, as i feel theyre done with similar proficiency. Im currently upto "Tornados" in replaying OCN, getting at least 90 on each level (no ones perfect ), and i'd love to do the same with this afterwards
