Will you be updating your other AA mods to include the "proximity" fuze effect??? Very cool addition to an already great mod. -

nullCH could you not use a similar technique to how you handled the RBS58 with its different "modes" based on target range? I have carried that technique over to other weapon system to give what I think are more realistic weapon performance for "untrained" soldier/insurgents who open fire earlier and miss a lot more. Keep up the awesome work. -
I am also getting a hard crash whenever I try to fly the A-29. Luckily, I managed to complete one round of your most recent tutorials before I updated today. Excellent work on the tutorials as usual.

Spino's Modern F-15 Mods

I feel your pain. I have spent many hours trying to get missiles to work correctly on pylons/rails/rails on pylons etc. Drop fire configured pylons don't seam to like rail launched missiles. I really like your work-around for firing AGM missiles off A2A configured VSN based planes. It solved a problem I had been racking my brain over for a while... -

You solved the issue covering the wide range and trajectories already brilliantly with your RBS-58. It will throw the weight of the truck way off, but should work. I put an Airburst warhead on you code and have pretty realistic effects simulating the new Alternative Warhead with your GMLRS. Once again thank you for another amazing mod. -

With the todays announcement that the US is sending the GLSDB to the Ukraine your timing for this mod is perfect. Real life aside this weapon will be a unique addition to the game. -
In the Lua there are two ammo options. One used a mix of different 7.62 ammo (7.62x51mm and 7.62x54mm) which is obviously not realistic, but visually looks more accurate. The second option is commented out and in terms of the game realism would be correct. I thank everyone who comments their lua files as well as the awesome https://github.com/Quaggles/dcs-lua-datamine . landcruiser_pickup_SF_M134.lua

The latest update is awesome, the vehicles/weapons are a great addition. Is it possible to have the headlights extinguish when the vehicle is in a given alarm state? or firing their weapons? It looks a bit off at night when they are engaging enemies with headlights on. I noticed the "M134" was firing 20mm shells, when I checked the lua its actually using the M168 (M61). It was an easy fix if anyone cares. Thanks for the wicked assets!

Swedish Military Assets for DCS by Currenthill
EvilDuckDad replied to currenthill's topic in Static/AI Mods for DCS World
Likely not an issue for most people, however under certain circumstances you can get a single RBS-58 unit to have multiple missiles in the air at the same time. Other than making the reload time longer than the maximum flight time, I'm not sure if this is something you can prevent from happening. Reload times of around 30-35 seconds seam to prevent this from happening.- 460 replies

Civilian Objects And Vehicles
EvilDuckDad replied to Eight Ball's topic in Static/AI Mods for DCS World
null"had to make some compromises to get this to look half decent, its a different airframe to the original and there is some bad stretching in vital places that needed skinning, so I fiddled around the issues." Often heard around RCAF CH-124 Sea Kings....Especially in the last 10 years or so years of use. Your version is great! Thank you. -

Any chance of a Grsp 92, and Ksp 88 tripod mounted weapon for dismounted soldiers? The Granatgevär m/18 ? Similar to the AG90, with two man crews?- 460 replies

There are a number of post WW2 tanks mixed in to the mods. I find myself using the M104 Wolverine armoured vehicle-launched bridge variant of the M1 Abrams often. In the Mod it says M60 AVB Bridge Tank, but the model is a M1 Abrams with the Bridge for the M60 AVLB mounted. This tank is in the Set #2 from above.

The Type 26, will take Canada (as the Canadian Surface Combatant) and Australia into the future as well.. Of note Canada will be the third country to get the Tomahawk (sure to be renamed in Canadian service) to arm our ships. We will also be putting the Standard SM-2 Block IIIC's.

Is there any chance of a Oberon Class in the future? The Oberon class was a ship class of 27 British-designed submarines operated by five different nations. Also they share the same dimensions as the Porpoise class (8 built), According to Wikipedia. That being said, I do love finding the surprisingly frequent, mystery, Hawkeye60 mod drops.

can not reproduce Hellfires missing targets designated by JTAC.
EvilDuckDad replied to Marklar's topic in Bugs and Problems
I found that getting JTAC lasing to work correctly requires the firing position, and the waypoint I'm using as the acquisition source to be fairly close to a straight line that matches up with a line from the JTAC to the target being designated. Much easier to do with a ground based JTAC. Using and Airborne/moving lasing source requires the lasing units orbit to be offset from the targets and not orbiting the targets. Firing from a further distance also seams to improve the results. I spend hours trying to figure this out before watching... -
