Is there a way to dynamically request support? Say I’m in a a10 and I need a SEAD flight to come take out a specific SAM site. If I create a SEAD flight in the ME give them a patrol or orbit, what trigger action could I use (if any) to have them engage my target based on a radio item flag for instance?

Thank you!I think what might be helpful is adding squads to vehicles by name prefix. For example adding a certain squad to any unit that starts with “apc” or “truck” (just as an example). Would this be possible with your script? As a side note I’m trying to use it with the lhl insurgent mod vehicles

Hi. Using the script and it’s great. I am using the mechanizeall function mainly, I have a few mods installed that I’d like to use that with. How would I go about adding those to to the script?

I feel like Pearl Harbor (both for ww2 and modern) Fallon naval air station, and Pensacola are huge gaps in the map offering

Having a hard time figuring this out. I want to create fun CAS scenarios but if I put ground units next to each other they usually end up blowing each other up in a matter of seconds…. Anyone have any good tips?

This is probably not an easy thing to implement but I’ve been creating FARPS and FOBs more and when creating fences or barriers placing them is a pain. Instead of placing dozens of 100 meter sections, it would be great if I could select a certain static item, and then like the draw tool simply create the shape I want with a few clicks.

DCS is a flight simulator first and foremost of course, but so so much of the experience is the relationship between the ground and air. When trying to create an environment or mission that relies on simulating the ground conflict, it just sucks. I don't need tanks or humvees to use advanced tactics, just need them to not drive straight at a enemy unit just to die. Many amazing people in the community have tried to develop scripts to try and overcome the shortcomings of the AI but without an absurd amount of ME manipulation via triggers and advanced waypoint options, or custom scripts, its just terrible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just give us a little improvement in this area Thank you ED for what you have created

Hi, Awesome script! One question, if I use assignSetSquadTypeToVehicle(‘hostVehicle’, ‘squadType’), can I assign a squad to any vehicle in the ME or does it still have to be one of the preset vehicle types you've listed in the PDF?

Also, the livery always changes to the default, possibility to keep the selected livery in the ME?

Any possibility to add a trigger to change an entire coalition ROE? It can pretty annoying having to add dozens of AI task push actions for each group and then have to add each group into the trigger as well

As DCS continues to grow with more and more types of aircraft, naval, static and ground units. These lists are getting huge and finding what I’m looking for is harder and harder. It would be great to have some sort of filter or favorites option for the units that I use the most or conversely hide units I don’t need to see as they won’t be used in my mission
