29SMT was first inducted indeed in 2009 the 27SM was inducted in 2004 with 27SM3s arriving in 2010s with the F/A-18C and F-16C in DCS being from mid 2000s. Reason these are not in DCS is classified nature not time period.

Highly unlikely that PL-10 and PL-15 would be wasted on J-11A. MLU still uses N001 which is very old and unable to use PL-15 in a strong manner and same with HMS on 11A and PL-10, though to a lesser degree. Meanwhile there are hundreds of J-11B, J-10B, J-10A that can make better use and are still only equipped with PL-8B/12 and PL-10 on J-10B and 10AH. Interesting to imagine though I think Red will not get new things soon.

We know they are designed for AA use. I'd also add in well regarded books on the topic of Flankers and the MiG-29, the R-27P/EP are always mentioned under the AA loadout and described as AA weapons. SD-10 is not confirmed present on any of the planes that use R-27 in DCS.

FC-31 is a test designation; export will likely be called J-31 and Pakistan will be the first customer.

R-77 (RVV-AE) and R-77-1 (RVV-SD) are different missiles which is where confusion arises from your statement.

He's not saying that. You said you did Redfor a favor by adding the R-77 (RVV-AE) 20 years ago when it was only introduced in Russia in 2015, that is untrue and false information. While the R-77 was ready in the 90s, it was deemed inadequate for Russian forces who chose to wait until the improved 77-1 (RVV-SD) was ready around 2015. Despite this, the 29 and 27 export models were made compatible on request, and it was sold abroad on MiG-29 and Su-27/30 variants from the 90s onward to nations like China, India and more.

R-73 variants like L and M are real and exist in the 90s, what about them. I get FC3 is simplified so we'll never get incredibly important features like fighter-to-fighter DL but upgrades to R-73 is possible and real.

Respectfully, we know all this already. At the end of the day there is not one modern FF gen 4 redfor (no the JF-17 doesn't count) and however long that lasts and for whatever reason it can't happen...it's annoying to watch module after module come out or be announced for blue from 3rd gen to 4.5 gen so it makes people upset. Alas, this is a thread dedicated to asking for a nearly bare minimum redfor gen 4 (MKK) so we should probably get back to it.

No MK variant is "Super", but it doesn't matter because we won't get them. I don't think K-100 even entered service and we will NEVER get an FF and very unlikely a FC3 J-11B, BG, J-15.

Vast majority were just a rename for export, but that change alone would be cool I think, especially on the J-11.

Will you rename missiles to R-27ER/ET and ER1/ET1 and such to denote differences between home and export variants, would be very cool.
