Im admittedly a rookie RIO but enthused about learning it,My question is in singleplayer instant action (cold start at sochi)I tune the preset to the correct freq. for the tower/atc after electrical power and air is on ,I attempt to ask for permission for start up and get no reponse, I get the freq.from off the kneeboard for sochi so i know its right and its in the presets ,does anyone know what im doing wrong? thanks in advance.............

I have noticed that the files in VRnecksafer have a replacement openvr_api.dll, Im wondering if this messes with AMDs FSR files replacing the the original files thereby rendering FSR non functional(not acceptable) in DCS ,I cant seem to find any info on this as there are no readmes on how to install VRnecksafer just how to configure it once installed. AMDs FSR has greatly improved my VR experience in DCS and rendering it nonfunctional is NOT an option for me, Anyone with first hand knowledge please help me out, It would be greatly appreciated.

Im using the G2 and I was testing the new HMD and most aircraft and maps ran ok,but the channel map while loading in crashed to the desktop and then rebooted my rig 3 seperate times Causing me to hard reset my computer 3 times causing a windows 10 (latest build)repair (this has never happened before with any program)and I got a crash log displayed for DCs and I promptly clicked on transit to ED. My question is has anyone else on these boards experienced this? My rig is fairly high end intel z390 board

OK I did a search and wasnt satisfied with the results so I will ask the experts here...............with standalone DCS (open Beta)is it REALLY necessary to use SteamVR with the G2 running DCS, Sorry if this is an old question(to you guys) but my G2 arrives monday and I really dont want to run steam if I dont have to, Im getting a lot of opinions and decided to come to you fellas, I bought this HMD strictly for DCS and IL2.

Opinion requested: Upcoming Facebook account requirement for Quest 2
SkipCarey replied to Fri13's topic in Virtual Reality
Ive Read somewhere that the cameras also track and record what ever in the area of its use and makes note of the products the user has in reach of the cameras to target advertising,Now this is my Opinion but I think its just a matter of time we will see forced ad viewing much like youtube and all the rest, before your DCS or whatever is allowed to load and proceed. -
is that two screwed together? never mind obviously it is
-
Thanks for the replies fellas, it gave me an Idea that I need that extension

Did you do a clean install with those new drivers? if not you should, I got a significant boost with a clean install after an express install.
