  1. I'd say Mirage F1. It's more primitive than the M2000 but the same philosophy is already there. Plus, the upcoming F-1M will be similar to the M2000 avionics wise. Performance, naturally, will not.
  2. Thank you. I noticed the addition for choosing the custom cockpit but I didn't realize I had to rename some folders.
  3. Sí. Lo que ya descargaste se guarda y continúa a partir de ahí. No hay que empezar de nuevo. Saludos.
  4. Eagerly waiting for this magnificent airplane.
  5. From your post count and your knowledge it's clear you've been playing for decades, and that's amazing. But you have to understand that probably the majority of us aren't as passionate about the game as you are, and in the end ED cannot survive on a handful of whales buying everything. Right now they're hyping up the WW2 stuff with the Corsair, ww2 Marianas, asset pack, etc. Yet you have zombie planes still flying in circles after being destroyed, and it's been that way for two months. Do you honestly think that's acceptable?
  6. Did you install the FC3 fix that comes with the mod?
  7. Absolutely. We can help with the testing.
  8. I'm using 572.42. No problems on my end and I won't update until the newer version offers some significant improvements.
  9. Nice. And the temps are good to. You've found the sweet spot. Don't touch anything else.
  10. Nah. At most you'd get a driver crash. That's how you know you went too far. If you don't overvolt you're not going to fry your card. These are mine. Default Very mild unvervolt.
  11. No, because the monitor just acts like a repeater of your VR headset. There's nothing extra being rendered. We've tested this. It makes no difference.
  12. Very good advice. With a slight undervolt my 4070ti Super runs 10°C cooler and the difference is 1-2 fps at most.
  13. 1 - No. DCS is nowhere near using 64GB of RAM and it won't be for, at least, a few years. 2 - Yes. 12GB is on the low end of VRAM amount for a 2025 card. You might not notice it right now, but it could start limiting you in a couple of years. If the price difference is not outrageous, go for the ti. More future proof, too. 3 - Yes. Both those cards will laugh at you at 1080p. Throw them a real challenge: 1440p should be a nice upgrade without breaking your bank.
  14. This is good advice, as both of your options aren't good.
  15. I'm not buying any more maps until they finish the ones I already have. Sinai spent more than a year without a single update since the date it was launched, lacking basic stuff like bullseyes, correct radio frequencies and bridges. Fool me once, fool me twice and all that.
  16. No, the bug is still present. You can "fix it" with the very elegant method of placing a piece of tape over the proximity sensor.
  17. Well, if it's BVR what you're after, go with the king, Tomcat + Phoenix combination. Con: you're not doing much radar wise, it's all down on Jester. Mirage F1 doesn't have a very capable radar so your experience will be limited. It has a very good SARH missile tho (the smaller one, can't remember the name). The FC MiG-29 is BVR capable but its systems are extremely simplified, like all FC planes. But it has a very interesting selection of R-27 variants.
  18. Still works. I use it every day. Can't live without turbo mode.
  19. Just last night my AI wingman crashed into me while I was lining up for landing. In the same sortie, two C-130 decided to block each other at the end of the runway, effectively ruining the entire mission. Does this count as a complaint? Or do I need to fill a form?
  20. Prior to the MT version there was an important advantage using a second PC to host the mission you were playing on your main computer. Nowadays not so much - provided your PC has plenty of headroom for DCS and background tasks.
  21. Dumb me didn't read the title. Anyway, as despicable as Nvidia is, their GPUs just work better in VR compared to AMD. A while ago, there was a severe stuttering issue with AMD cards in VR, it was eventually resolved, but performance still isn't quite there. Another issue is DCS itself. With certain unit quantities and combinations, the engine will choke regardless of the hardware you're running, especially bad with MRLS or artillery in large numbers.
  22. If you're playing in VR using the 2080ti by your signature, then no, that GPU is barely capable, so no matter what CPU you use or how much ram you throw at it, that old graphics card is severely holding you back.
  23. I use ChatGPT for creating missions, but not scripts or ME. It writes briefings and mission descriptions for me. With english not being my mother tongue, sometimes I struggle to find words to describe my idea. ChatGPT helps wonderfully at that. Asking it to code a mission or to write a script is unrealistic today.
