    Well, I am thankful to Currenthill for the Sheridan to fill out some armored cavalry troops while exploring scenarios integrating ground and air operations ala Vietnam jungle scouting. The vegetation (jungle if you wish) on the WW2 map helps.

    Regarding dirt airfields and using jet aircraft on the ww2 map…. What about using Marsden matting for runway and parking areas over the dirt? This could at a minimum allow A-4s and F-5s to operate as well as several AI types on the longer airfields and prop jobs could still operate from the shorter fields. FYI, Chu Li used aluminum plating panels over compressed sand for their “beach resort” airfield.

    I won't quibble... Yes, the 492nd and 494th got F-15Es versus Cs. The poster, however, did not specify a time period. He said, "ever"; and Es are every bit as capable of taking out MiG-29s as the Cs.

    I couldn’t find this anywhere and it’s not AB detent specific, but for the A-10CII, the throttle off/idle detents can be set and used with the Orion2 finger lifts using these key mappings. Should help those that don’t know.

    Completed testing all currently available checklist features including import/export functions. Have not explored building a set of folders and importing them, but have exported the folder format for experimentation. I would update the iconology in your documentation to match your application so folks know what they are looking at and how it applies. Please continue with publication. I would use this on IOS.

    Extremely capable throttle unit! Best choice I could have made from those available on the market. Stiff….sometimes, but finger lifts and an occasional tension adjustment take care of and concerns.

    TC, I use these buttons for my Tobii 5 head/eye tracking hot keys across all aircraft. I use button 56 to enable/disable and button 50 to auto center. You could do the same with TiR as well.

    In a presumed attempt to save storage/archive space, over 90% of the DCS A-10A Liveries maintained under “Download/User Files” have disappeared. if ED is watching, we’d sure like to get those back - unless there’s a model change prohibiting that request, if not, it would be really great for a community artist to remake these missing liveries. I know I’d appreciate it and I’m sure A-10A pilots on the CWG map would too. If there’s anything I can do to help, let me know. Thanks!
